[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For someone who does not like plain water, this powder mix is the best alternative to making sure I get my water intake I need during the day. These powder packs deliver the perfect balance of electrolytes, antioxidants, and vitamins to help me hydrate whiteout the added sugar or calories. The flavor is delicious without being overwhelmingly sweet or leaving a weird aftertaste. It also doesn’t leave a salty taste like most hydration drinks. My favorite part is the convenience. I can throw the pack in my backpack, lunchbox, or purse and mix on the go.

If you workout it's away to replenish fluids lost. I like that the packaging is convenient and I can take it with me on the. I like that it doesn't have artificial colors. It is not too sweet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Beri flour has been my favorite but all the other flour taste good as well and it’s great that they’re only 5 cal for the electrolytes you need for the day. And added bonus is the vitamin B3 B5, B12, B6, C and E as well. Easy to use, and the sachet is easy to tear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lighter, everyday flavor with electrolytes plus vitamins. It stays clear and has a much softer flavor compared to the Gatorade packets. Great for regular hydration without the heavy sports drink feel. Zero sugar and no artificial coloring is a huge win for me. Solid choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the Propel raspberry lemonade powder packet is very refreshing to have after a gym workout, or other strenuous activity. The electrolytes help me feel good and the taste is extremely refreshing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are really good especially for the price. I mix one stick into half a gallon and that's plenty for me. Loved the kiwi, grape, and berry flavors. Didn't like the raspberry lemonade. The raspberry is there only if you use your imagination. It's very tart only. Pretty good value for the amount you get
