I tested this for 3 months. After trying this and also checking things deeper I learned that unless you are a professional athlete you won't notice any difference with your hydration. Unless you are using this to flavor your water don't waste the money.

The mix is easy to store in a bag during event days, and mixes easily and quickly into water. The flavor is nice, I’m just not the biggest fan of Strawberry Kiwi flavor, but it’s a great option.

The small amount of powder can be mixed with a lot of water. This can make a large bottle of drink easily. The small pack can fit in all my bags.

These are perfect for recovery and fueling his body for energy on the football field. The small packages fit great in his sports bag. He can quickly shake it up in a water bottle and it will dissolve with no texture.
