It mixes in well with water and the color is clear. It is very effective. I am not a water drinker but this would help me in drinking more water!

It is great for hydration so carrying them with you when you’re going to be outside on a hot day is a great idea or putting them in your teens backpack is nice. Something easy they can put together on their own. The dissolving is a bit tricky but everything else is good.

These are so easy to throw into my gym bag for a mid workout hydration boost. I don’t feel like they smell very strong and it actually helps me feel like I drank something good and refreshing.

At just five calories, why not? The strawberry kiwi flavor is my fave flavor so far, but too sweet but still delicious. And no weird aftertaste. I just add it to my water bottle and shake and it immediately dissolves. Great for on-the-go.
