The powder was not thick and easily dissolved into my bottle of water. The amount was evenly distributed into the bottle of water making it have flavor until its last drop.

I don’t know if I could use this wall exercising because it was pretty citrusy, but I enjoyed it for just a hydration drink. It dissolved quickly and tasted great.

I also love that it has no added colors, which is a big plus for me since I’m allergic. It’s sugar-free too, so I can stay hydrated without the guilt. The packaging is super convenient to carry anywhere. You just dissolve one packet in 20 oz of water and shake; it mixes really easily, even in cold water. Plus, thanks to its sodium content, it really helps keep you hydrated, especially on hot days or after a workout.

A lot of people do enjoy the strawberry kiwi this vitamin water does not taste like chemical chemicals and I love that. I’m getting vitamins. B,C, and E while I drink it.
