They're best served over ice or a cold water bottle. When they're room temp it does have a little saltier taste to it making me thirstier but when they're over ice it's perfect! I loved the raspberry lemonade the most!

It's an excellent way to replenish electrolytes after sports, workouts, or spending time outdoors on hot days. We were very happy with this product and would definitely purchase it again!
