[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Propel single serve powder in kiwi strawberry is a good source of electrolytes and vitamins B3, B5, B6, B12, C and E. It has no sugar and no added colors. I put it in a 16.9 fl oz bottle of water but it's recommended to be used in 20 fl oz. I couldn't tell what flavor it was and the flavor was very mild even in less than the recommended water amount. If you like things VERY lightly flavored this might be the flavor for you but this was not the one for me.

Since I received only one packet of this flavor i did not notice significant change in my energy level. Would not recommend this to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Kiwi Strawberry Propel mix tastes good and hydrates you well. The powder mixes instantly with water. I like to add ice cubes to the drink also. I would buy a lot od these to keep around for when I need them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These propel powder packs are awesome! I am pregnant and need to be mindful of my fluid and electrolyte intake. I mix one of these packs in my 40 ounce cup with water and mix. It flavors my water perfectly. Not too sweet but plenty of taste. The flavors are great!

.08 per package to .11 per package. It was .08*40 = 3.2 for $13 so $4.06 per oz. Now .11 *40 = 4.4 for $16, so $3.64 per oz. So it is actually cheaper per oz. vs the old. I'm not sure about the calorie increase, but the percentage of vitamins has increased. I'm excited about the flavor... Maybe one day they will go back to how it was 15 years ago, I liked it much better then. A few of the flavors still have color. I wish they were all clear.

It taste just like a mango smoothie, except it has the clean water consistency. The powder dissolved right away, and there wasn’t any after taste. This is a very easy to use on the go mixer that you could keep in your pocket until you’re ready to mix it with water. This is a mixer I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tried out the propel single packet powder mixes. The packages are small, but relatively easy to open for someone who has good dexterity. The powder dissolved quickly and the water had normal texture, it was not slimy like some mixes are. One packet was enough for 20 ounces, it wasn’t overpowering but you could still taste the flavor. The flavors were all pleasant, with the grape and the raspberry lemonade being the strongest in my opinion. They didn’t change the color of the water to pink or anything like that but it did make it an off white color. Since these are marketed for fitness, it makes sense that they are for 20 ounce bottles, (2.5 cups).However if you are like me you use a larger water bottle for activities and daily life, one packet would be too diluted. I consider that a con of this product.
