[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mom with ADHD, staying hydrated is something I struggle with because I get busy and genuinely forget to drink water. Between work, taking care of my kids, and managing everyday life, having Propel Powder packets with me has made hydration easier. I like that they are portable and easy to throw in my bag or keep in the car. The Kiwi Strawberry flavor is refreshing without being overpowering, the smell is light and pleasant, and it dissolves quickly without leaving a gritty texture behind. It’s become an easy way to keep up with my hydration during busy days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trying to drink more water, especially on busy days and after workouts, but plain water wasn’t cutting it. Then I started bringing Propel with me everywhere. It has electrolytes, zero sugar, and honestly makes staying hydrated way easier. Whether I just finished a workout, running errands, or backstage all day, it helps me feel refreshed without all the extra stuff. It tastes delicious and comes in a variety pack of 40 sticks with 10 of each flavor, Kiwi strawberry, Raspberry Lemonade, grape, and berry. The texture is smooth with just the right amount of flavor intensity to make drinking water actually enjoyable without feeling too sweet.

I tested this for 3 months. After trying this and also checking things deeper I learned that unless you are a professional athlete you won't notice any difference with your hydration. Unless you are using this to flavor your water don't waste the money.
