It’s not too expensive and it’s portable which means that when I’m out in the heat (like at an amusement park or the beach) I can take them with me and they don’t take up so much space in my small crossbody. They don’t leave an after taste or are super salty like other brands. I like that the shelf life is pretty good. Sometimes I forget where I put them in the pantry and I’m surprised when o find them and they’re still not expired.

I tested this for 3 months. After trying this and also checking things deeper I learned that unless you are a professional athlete you won't notice any difference with your hydration. Unless you are using this to flavor your water don't waste the money.

It does really hydrate and it dissolves pretty well in my water bottle. Sometimes if I don’t shake it really hard, it take a little longer to dissolve. But I’ve never had any other issues.
