These are perfect for recovery and fueling his body for energy on the football field. The small packages fit great in his sports bag. He can quickly shake it up in a water bottle and it will dissolve with no texture.

It dissolved completely even on cold water which some of these powder packs dont dissolve so well unless you use hot water. Im not sure if I felt hydrated after drinking it but like I said me and my son shared it so maybe if I drank the whole thing I would of felt it more. Samething goes for feeling more energy if I drank the whole thing I might of felt more energetized. The powder packs are definitely convenient cause you can bring them anywhere unlike having the container of it. The only thing is that I think its cheaper to buy the canister then to buy the single packs. Although with the packets being so convenient that kinda makes up for the price.
