The consistency is smooth compared to some other brands I have tried before. They are super convenient to keep in your bag for whenever you would need it. The Propel Fitness Powders are lightly flavored and surprisingly good. At only 5 calories per packet, it's an easy way to add electrolytes throughout the day, especially when I'm running errands. And with 4 flavors to choose from I have a full variety to keep me satisfied!

They dissolve well when stirred or shaken. I love the taste of all of them but the berry is my favorite. They are easy to store since they are individually packaged and can be laid flat. The instructions say to mix one packet to 20oz. I always carry a 40oz tumbler around so I personally put 2 packets in. These packets help me to drink more water and stay hydrated! Definitely recommend!

These are perfect for recovery and fueling his body for energy on the football field. The small packages fit great in his sports bag. He can quickly shake it up in a water bottle and it will dissolve with no texture.
