The single serve packets are SO easy to throw in the gym bag without taking up space, and then I can use my reusable water bottle instead of purchasing extra plastic and paying for mostly water with a premixed bottle.

Take it with you to the gym, to the park, while you run, or use it while you exercise at home, you don’t need to mix it with anything but water and you’ll see how quickly it dissolves and becomes a drink that hydrates you and gives you energy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use powdered drink mixes ALL the time. So I was interested in trying these out. The grape Propel powder mix tasted odd. It had a weird taste. It was as if you could taste the powder. I imagine if you just ate powder mix straight this is what it would taste like. It was also very salty. I know it's an electrolyte but this was excessive in the saltiness. While I appreciate that it's a clear mix without added dyes, which I'm always looking for I still would not drink this again.
