[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Propel electrolyte packs are great for after a workout. They are lower in sodium and potassium than some other large brands. They blend really well and the flavors are not overpowering. My favorite flavor is the berry but the variety pack is great to try them all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky enough to receive this product from Influenster to try, but my thoughts are completely my own. I’ve always been a fan of Propel, and the ultra hydration formula became a real lifesaver during my mastectomy recovery. Keeping up with my protein and salt intake was critical, but it was easy for sodium levels to drop, and this drink helped maintain balance and even eased some swelling. While I usually go for the ready-to-drink Propel bottles, this version was so convenient to grab for work or to sip on while running errands. It’s the perfect option when you need more than just water to stay hydrated and energized.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The convenient travel sized packets are easy to take on the go, easy to open, and dissolve quickly. I also like that the drink is clear with no added dyes. It also includes electrolytes, which is a bonus. Unfortunately, the raspberry tastes very artificial and has a strong chemical raspberry aftertaste that I couldn’t get past.

A lot of people do enjoy the strawberry kiwi this vitamin water does not taste like chemical chemicals and I love that. I’m getting vitamins. B,C, and E while I drink it.

I really enjoyed the electrolytes because I was feeling very dehydrated and they helped me keep hydrated on this hot summer day. Highly recommend five out of five stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was sent to me for testing purposes but this is my own review. I got the strawberry kiwi flavor and it wasn’t my favorite. These however are so easy to add to a water bottle when you want extra flavoring. They dissolve fast with a quick shake of the water bottle. No clumping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These propel packets are super convenient for me ! It’s so easy to take on the go! The flavor is pretty on point like the ones that are ready made ! The only downside that I had with these was that I had to shake my bottle quite a bit for the texture to mix well. Also I’m hoping that they don’t get clumped up. So far all my powders from the packets have been good! Just gets a tiny clunky when mixing . And it smells good and there’s no color to it when added to my water

Grape flavor comes in full without any sugars or artificial colors, and packed with vitamins and electrolytes, yet still light enough for daily use. It’s an easy option with a lighter feel. I like how quickly the powder dissolves in a quick shake leaving a smooth hydrated drink.

Take it with you to the gym, to the park, while you run, or use it while you exercise at home, you don’t need to mix it with anything but water and you’ll see how quickly it dissolves and becomes a drink that hydrates you and gives you energy.
