Great source of electrolytes to keep you hydrated, especially after a workout. Propel powder is ideal on the go to quickly add to your water bottle, shake and enjoy.

I was very surprised, first of all, when I realized that mixing it is very easy and will not leave any residue on the bottom of your cup/bottle. The taste and the aftertaste are actually very toasty. I love the mix of essential vitamins B3, B5, B6, B12, C & E. I will certainly buy it .
