I've always been a fan of Propel, and the ultra hydration formula became a real lifesaver during my mastectomy recovery. Keeping up with my protein and salt intake was critical, but it was easy for sodium levels to drop, and this drink helped maintain balance and even eased some swelling. While I usually go for the ready-to-drink Propel bottles, this version was so convenient to grab for work or to sip on while running errands. It's the perfect option when you need more than just water to stay hydrated and energized.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this Propel Powder in grape flavor thanks to Influenster, for my honest opinion. So this was my first introduction the Propel brand, I had never tried it before this and was more familiar with Gatorade which happens to be the manufacturer of Propel also. This is similar to Gatorade Zero Powder and is a sugar free, flavored electrolytes drink with B vitamins. It comes in a very convenient packet that is great to travel with and make a customizable electrolyte drink. The grape flavor is a fan favorite. I will be keeping these stocked!

I really enjoyed the electrolytes because I was feeling very dehydrated and they helped me keep hydrated on this hot summer day. Highly recommend five out of five stars.

If you workout it's away to replenish fluids lost. I like that the packaging is convenient and I can take it with me on the. I like that it doesn't have artificial colors. It is not too sweet.

Just pour into a bottle of water, give it a few shakes, and as simple that you've got you a cold drink full of electrolytes! Dissolves easily. Instant hydration with your first sip! Has a great flavor with no artificial sweetener taste or aftertaste. A must have on hand in the summertime for those who are active outdoors!

The single serve packets are also perfect to keep in gym bag or purse. The only downside for me is the aftertaste. It has a very strong artificial sweetener finish that lingers much longer than I would like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying I was extremely hesitant with the mango flavor of propel. I am not a huge fan of mango flavored unless it's done right. Propel definitely got the right flavor down. The taste is delicious, no chalky texture, and it mixes super easily. It comes in a small to go pouch with already the perfect dosage needed for a quick hydration and energy boost. I took it after my workout and I didn't feel as fatigued afterwards nor did I have a “sugar” crash. I definitely recommend this product and all its flavors!
