With these single serve packets you can take a few in your purse, gym bag, school bag, luggage and more. Wherever life take you, your electrolytes come with you when you need them. These are in four popular flavors that are delicious. They recommend adding a packet to 20oz water, if you want a stronger flavor use less water. They dissolve easily, just give it a good shake!

Love that its also zero sugar and zero calories packed either electrolytes and vitamins. I love adding this to my water for that extra flavor.
