I use a one package for a 32oz water and it’s perfect for after/during the gym. If you want to maintain longevity you can use half a packet and shake well with water for a smooth drink with no clumps!

Even though it’s kiwi-strawberry flavored, it has no color, which made it feel way less artificial compared to other drink mixes Ive tried. The taste was refreshing and not overpowering, so I enjoyed a lot more.
