[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know it says a 20oz cup but I used the packet in my 16oz water bottles and shook it up and I felt like it was perfectly fine and easy to travel with and pack it in your Togo bag. The packets were easy to open but the bag I had to use scissors. I really liked the kiwi and grape flavors in not much of a berry fan but my boyfriend liked them and drank them for me. I felt like this is a safe option since it's iconic and a well known brand for electrolyts.

It mixed well and quickly with water (I forgot to eat, so gulped one of these down while I made food), and it's great that you can toss them into a bag. The overall cost is decent - more for convenience I'd say than practicality, but definitely for long days, helps keep my energy up. I'd probably purchase this one.

At work, as a vocalists, I want the hydration, without the sugar, and not too much of the syrup-type feel. This takes care of the electrolytes and the boost without the sugary sticky feeling.

Packets was easy to open, and pour into a water bottle. I like this better than Gatorade for my little ones. I dislike those added food dyes for color. They take a minute or two to dissolve, but they are very hydrating and don't taste salty like some other brands. Kiwi Strawberry is one of my favorite flavors. It is equal parts tangy and sweet.
