[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved how I felt hydrated during my workouts. I usually feel a little dehydrated but when I drank propel powder everything changed. Even after my workout I felt active and with energy. The texture was not powdered at all it dissolved with the water. A the taste was good, not too tasty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this variety pack because it makes staying hydrated so much less of a chore. The powder dissolves perfectly in cold water, so you don't end up with a chalky consistency or clumps at the bottom of the glass. I tried the berry flavor first and the strength of the taste is spot on, it's refreshing and sweet without that weird chemical aftertaste you sometimes get with sugar-free drinks. It's been a total lifesaver for keeping my energy up during the day. especially since the individual sticks are so easy to just grab and toss in a bag before heading out. The does is perfect for a normal bottle of water. Having four different flavors to choose from keeps things interesting so I don't get tired of drinking the same thing every day. It honestly feels like a nice little treat that actually helps me hit my water goals.

The consistency is smooth compared to some other brands I have tried before. They are super convenient to keep in your bag for whenever you would need it. I specifically love these for the morning after a night out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn’t have much of a raspberry flavor. Make sure it is mixed up really well it the taste is super strong. The packaging is nice and easy to take with you but it is strong to open. I ended up having to use scissors to open.
