My son loved it and uses these for when he plays basketball. These are great to hydrate with when playing a sport!

Just empty into a bottle of water and you’re good to go! They are so flavorful and a refreshing way to get hydrated! I probably love the fact that they do not have any added artificial flavors or coloring, so my daughter can drink them too! Win- win!

The serving suggestion said to add it to 20 oz of water, but I felt that with adding it to a 16.9 oz bottle, it wasn't too strong. Despite it having sucralose, it does not have an artificial sweetener aftertaste. I'm very pleased with the fact that there are no added colors or artificial flavors. It's zero calories and includes electrolytes and vitamins.. overall I'm very satisfied

It’s super convenient, especially when I’m on the go or need something more flavorful than plain water. The flavors are actually really good and not overly sweet, and I like that it has zero sugar while still helping me stay hydrated. The Kiwi Strawberry and Raspberry lemonade are definitely my favorites so far! It mixes easily in water and gives that refreshing sports drink taste without feeling heavy.
