I usually struggle to drink enough water when I work out because plain water gets boring. These actually taste good, mix instantly, and have zero sugar so l don't feel crashed later. Perfect to just throw in my gym bag and go. Definitely adding these to my actual grocery list.

I only used half of the packet in a 16 oz bottle of water because I thought it was too much flavor with the whole packet. Also that way it lasted me longer since I really enjoyed the flavor. These are perfect to take on the go to stay hydrated!
