[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best for on the go. I love traveling with the individual packets. The value is great and they taste good- not too sweet and not bland and salty like other hydration packets Iv tried. The ingredients are clean too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been loving these Propel Fitness Powder sticks lately! They’re super convenient to throw in my gym bag and make it so much easier for me to stay hydrated throughout the day. My favorite part is that they have zero sugar but still taste refreshing and flavorful. The variety pack is perfect because you get different flavors depending on your mood - the kiwi strawberry and raspberry lemonade are definitely my favorites so far. I also like that they contain electrolytes and vitamins specifically after workout or busy days when I need an extra hydration boost. Maintenance. Excellent assembly. Alternative to plain water when you want something more exciting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first love the convenience of this product, it's really something I can throw in my bag and just have for if I am on the go. I am the absolute worst at staying hydrated, so this is great to have in my diaper bag for both myself and my kids to rehydrate ourselves while on the go. I also really love there is no artificial flavoring or coloring, I really try to avoid that in drinks for myself, and for my kids. I like that it is low calorie, so I can drink it guilt free (as someone who watches calories in food and drinks) Taste wise, it's just okay. Maybe I just am not a fan of the Kiwi, I wish the strawberry was more of the dominating flavor. It was really easy to use, just open and throw into a water bottle, and shake it up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love being an influenster and receiving quality products for my honest review. Today I have propel powder drink mix. I already use powdered drink mixes and usually opt for low calorie products. I’m happy to substitute a healthier lower calorie option that has electrolytes! The flavor profile is similar to the bottled propel I’m used to from the market. It’s a great way to stay hydrated in any season! Expert tip: use less filtered water for a more vibrant taste, especially if you ice it. Check it out in the powdered drink mixes area of your local market! Thanks to Influenster, Gatorade/Propel and all of YOU for following me. Happy Summer 2026! ~Tami in Miami

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve really enjoyed the Propel Fitness Powder Variety Pack! The assortment of flavors keeps things interesting and makes it easy to stay hydrated throughout the day. Each packet mixes quickly with no gritty texture, and the flavors are refreshing without being overly sweet. I love how convenient the individual packets are for taking to the gym, work, or while traveling. They give my water a nice boost of electrolytes and help me stay energized throughout my workouts and busy days. They are safe and sugar free. Great value for the amount you get, and it’s nice having multiple flavors to choose from depending on my mood!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was probably my favorite flavor! It smelled great, dissolved easily, came in packets that were easy to tear, and didn’t leave a grainy texture. Made my long days more enjoyable and definitely more hydrated!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Propel variety pack! The packets are so portable and perfect for my workouts. They dissolve instantly in water with no grainy texture, and the flavors taste great with zero weird aftertaste. Super easy to store too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my seven year olds favorite he loves propel! He was very excited to try the mango flavor. These are perfect for recovery and fueling his body for energy on the football field. The small packages fit great in his sports bag. He can quickly shake it up in a water bottle and it will dissolve with no texture.
