[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As pre- made protein shakes go, this was pretty good. I think of prefer plain chocolate rather than mocha, but that's a personal preference. It has a smooth texture, no chalkiness or fake sugar flavor, and at 30g of protein per can, it worked well as a breakfast meal replacement - i didn't feel as snack-y as I expected to.

It’s creamy and has a tasty chocolatey-mocha taste. My fiance and I were doing a low-carb high-protein diet, and this came at the perfect time! It really does have a high amount of protein and the calories aren’t too high - I think we’ll definitely be buying this brand from now on.

As someone who lifts a lot and is always on the go I would def pick this up if I wanted a shake post workout. Smooth taste, you get a hint of coffee with this flavor but it isn’t overwhelming. It does contain skim milk and pectin for those who that matters too.

I love that there is caffeine in it which helps give a little boost as well as getting in a good amount of protein for the day! I also love that it is lactose free and only has 1g of sugar! I wish it had a little more of a coffee/mocha flavor but overall, it’s a great way to get in my protein in the morning!
