I really don't understand the process of purchasing this item online! The 2 maximum of the order were in my cart but when I tried to go to my cart to checkout, it would not let me check out! After several times of trying to check out my cart emptied out and items were sold out!! How can this happen when items were in my cart? Very disappointing!!

Made the order on March 17th 2026, here it is March 24th 2026 and my order is still being processed. It was hard enough to even get the drop, Garbage online buying system!

Got the drop when it launched, takes a little bit to get it to load as you can refresh the page. Just be patient %26 wait a minute. And also pulled a $400 card 👏

Prime plus member looking to get prime plus only product and the whole system breaks down and I had the items in my cart and get errors when checking out.

Tried for twenty minutes to complete my purchase of 2 packs but the system did not work. Very disappointed by Sam's!!! Unbelievable, trying to check out at within the first 5 minutes and only technical problems!!!!

Fix your app. It will let you add stuff to your cart, then it won't let you checkout, then it just boots you out and tosses all the items in your cart. Terrible. Make a queue or something.

another time I wasn't able to get in on the offer. It was a limited offer for Plus members and tried repeatedly to get it until they were sold out and I wasn't able to get either.
