I read the product details, but still thought this would be a bigger quantity. The seasoning is thick and flaky and coats meat well. It's really a well-rounded seasoning that can stand on its own since it has all the go-to seasonings in there (garlic, pepper, paprika, and a bunch of herbs). Really delicious and doesnt feel too heavy flavor-wise. Light and bright and versatile. I can see myself using it on all kinds of veggies, fish, and chicken all summer long.

I love Mediterranean flavors and this is delicious! So versatile, it can be used to marinate proteins, I would suggest chicken just so the seasoning is the main flavor over the protein. It can used as a rub on top of a protein, with oil and lemon to make a dressing, honestly the uses for this seasoning is limitless! The only negative I have is to make sure you use salt to bring out the flavors of the seasoning or you won't get the full potential.

This organic Mediterranean seasoning is an important step in our Mediterranean chicken salads. With a savory garlic, time, basil, savory oregano flavor followed with the touch of dried red bell pepper. It has citrusy notes and it's just a good organic blend inside of this seasoning. Fantastic

Light in flavor. It has too much oregano & drowns other flavors. I likes it on chicken. I didn't care for on burger. I think it will be good on fish. Gives chicken a beautiful color tried baked & grilled.

I absolutely love this seasoning. I mix it with some avocado oil and a little bit of lemon juice to create a delicious marinade for chicken that i then cook on the barbecue. I also make a side of couscous that perfectly compliemnts this Mediterranean themed meal. My favorite notes are the paprika.
