This is one of the protein shakes that I consume the most. They have an excellent flavor and smell texture. It is digested very well and helps to have a high performance. I highly recommend it.

If you life the way stevia tastes then you might like this protein. For me, though, I hate the taste profile stevia leaves behind. This is a pass for me. It's not terrible but I can't get past that taste.
