Taste wise it’s better than most protein drinks I’ve had. It’s smooth, not chalky and doesn’t have that strong artificial after taste like some shakes do depend depending on the flavor. It can feel more like a treat than a sub supplement, which makes it easier to stick with. It’s also really convenient you can just grab it and go, which is perfect for busy mornings or when you need something quicker after a workout it actually keeps me full for a while too, which surprised me. If I had a point out of downside, it can be a little thick for some people and the sweetness might be a bit too much if you don’t like sweeter drinks. But overall it does what it’s supposed to do and taste good doing it. Definitely a solid option. If you’re looking for a high protein shake, that’s easy to work into your day.
