In terms of nutrients, it is almost exactly what you’re looking for when looking for a protein shake that contains a high amount of protein - 33g to be exact. It is also made with ultra filtered milk, making it have a smooth consistency. It is a great source of Vitamin A, Vitamin D, and Calcium. However, the taste isn’t perfect. I’d like to see one or two more grams of sugar per serving, which would most likely improve the taste. Compared to its’ competitors, the price point is very reasonable. The shelf life is also very good, lasting almost two years. Giving you plenty of time to finish them all! Although it’s not my favorite, I’d certainly buy it again if I were in a pinch.

It is also low in sugar and has some added nutrients such as calcium and Vitamins A & D. It can be stored at room temperature but can be put in refrigerator for better cold taste. The cost is comparable to other protein shakes. I personally do not love the taste. I feel it has an artificial aftertaste and very weak chocolate taste.

It taste really good and gives you the protein you need for post or after workout. The texture is kinda thick but goes down smooth. It fills you up good and can actually be used as a meal replacement if needed. My body digest these shakes pretty good and overall I really like them.

And u can taste the protein so it does have that feeling to it and leaves a taste in your mouth but if you need the extra protein for sure I recommend.
