It was easy to pack and bring with me to work as it does not need to be stored in the fridge. Taste was pretty good but not amazing, the chocolate helps. Taste, high protein and ingredients. 33 grams of high quality protein and no artificial ingredients. It's sweetened with stevia! I would recommend drinking it ice cold. It's a little thinner than some other protein shakes and I like that. It is a little pricey but it's a high quality product so I would expect that. The only thing I would love to see change is the carrageenan. I know it's in if not all, almost all, of these type products but I usually try to avoid it in my diet.
