So first off, I still cannot believe this is not only a whopping 33g protein, but also a whopping 11oz!? It feels like drinking maybe 4-6 oz - a few sips and I've had about half my day's requirement for protein. Which is insane. Usually it'd be this big 24oz cup full of thick liquid I'd have to drink to get the same protein. How did they make it so THIN? No clue, but it's amazing. The price is a little hefty - 3x-4x that of protein powder but that's what you trade for convenience and still being able to feel "light" after taking in 33g, instead of full-bellied.

Packaging it’s very convenient and east to grab on the go. It can be easily mixed with a pro workout for maximum benefit.

I don’t eat enough protein in the day so I use this as an added supplement vs a meal replacer. Not a lot of sugar but still has amazing taste without being overbearing.

It has almost 10 grams more protein than the shakes i typically purchase and it tastes even better than them! I like the small carton each shake comes it, it’s easy to breakdown and dispose of and it’s a good size to throw in my gym bag for a post workout refuel. I’ve been drinking these after every work an I feel great!

Muscle Milk has 33g of protein! It's smooth texture and great taste makes it easy to enjoy. The quantity is perfect for a small but nutritious meal. It satisfies my appetite and lack of appetite at the sametime. GLP1 users understand the importance of that. My only drawback is there seems to be a bit of an after taste. I can live with that.

The consistency and texture of the product is similar to fair-life but a bit chalky taste which I don’t mind. i am on my period and needed some protein it’s digestibility is well i am sensitive and it’s was fine for me. The ingredients are pretty simple and you can always research if it works for you. It’s all about balance babes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chocolate shake flavor seems more watery than creamy like you would expect “milk”. It is not bold on the chocolate flavor. Reminds me of the grown up high protein version of a chocolate drink I drank as a kid without a heavy sweetened taste. It was well blended and didn’t seem to have a chalky or gritty texture like other protein shakes I have tried. I love that it was not inside of a plastic bottle and instead a cardboard carton. For 33 grams of protein per carton this make the perfect dose of lower calorie and high protein I need in the mornings after doing a few miles on the treadmill. It makes my mornings simpler. No dishes or mess to clean up before leaving the house! And easy to take along with me if I’m short on time! I am considering using this as a base for a smoothie in the future with some blended ice!
