I don’t really like drinking them a lot because they give me a stomach ache if I drink too many or too much but they’re are great when you’re on the go and need something quick to coat your stomach or after the gym. They last forever on the shelf, the consistency is good. I mean it’s a protein shake so I mean you can’t really expect anything other than some grittiness and weird taste from them but I mean for the price, the texture isn’t bad. And it’s a lot of protein so you can’t beat it honestly.

Chocolate flavor was good and did not taste artificial but still felt light and not overly rich. 33g of protein and only 200 is a great serving size. The ingredients list also isn’t super long or questionable so that is a relief. I’d buy again, esp if it came in other flavors like strawberry, or cookies and cream! Smooth texture not chalky or thick at all. Slightly thicker than water but not by much.

He hated mixing and loves when he c grab one quickly and go. Nice simple packaging allows for portability., no dissolving and mixing powders. Loads of protein but my husband didn’t love the amount of sodium - for him that was a big drawback because that much sodium isn’t great in his diet and can have side effects.
