the only downside was I had to shake the heck out of these containers. all of them had some residual mix/product after drinking ...even drinking a little and shaking....must have been setting on the shelf for a long time...

Not bad taste Ingredients do not mix in well even after shaking it many times. When I finish drinking it and rinse container out there is alot of mix still in bottom. Don't know if I got all the proteinit says.

Bought this for my husband. He didn’t care for the taste at all. Thought it was grainy.

The reason I bought this is because muscle milk has a distinct flavor that I love. But this is not it. The new flavor formula tastes exactly like premier protein and I don't like premier protein drinks.
