Sharp and bold

If you're a fan of sharp bold cheese, this one's for you. Get it before it's gone again. I've been waiting in excess of 6 months for it's return. Great price also!

Bland: nothing at all like Red Fox Red Leicester

I was over-joyed when Red Leicester returned to Sam's. However, compared to Belmont Farms Red Fox Red Leicester, this Wyke Red Leicester cheese is a pale imitation. It's bland and has none of the deep nutty flavor of Red Fox. Not crumbly at all like Red Leicester should be. Package says "TYPICALLY aged for over 14 months", but does not definitively state how long the cheese was ACTUALLY aged. Really, this Wyke "RedLeicester" taste little different than garden-variety cheddar cheese ... Very, very disappointed, so I'm returning this for a refund.

Moldy cheese

I bought 2 brand new packages of Red Leicester cheese with best-by dates of 12/18/26, and both of them are molded and taste terrible. I loved the Red Fox that we purchased in the past, so am extremely disappointed.
