This is a great seasoning for all kinds of things! I use it for chicken, beef, pork, and even sometimes vegetables. Great to shake on before putting meat on the grill.

I just seasoned my chicken and the taste is perfect! It has a sweet savory taste with a garlicky taste. It would go great with some soft tender short rib.

I was not a fan of the overwhelming soy sauce flavor. But I did accidentally use a lot of seasoning. It was. Not terrible but I will try this seasoning again and pay more attention to how much seasoning I am using.

The seasoning smells good out of the jar, but we had to use quite a bit to actually taste some semblance of the Korean bbq flavor on our chicken. We also added a Japanese rice topping that includes seasoned seaweed and sesame seeds to enhance the flavor of the dish.
