So at 50+ I appreciate a good mattress and a appropriate amount on help getting it. Sams gave me lots of help loading the cart in store and loading it into my pickup. Once home I got some help unloading. I went firm no regrets at all.

Very comfortable mattress. Not soft with just the right amount of firmness. And for the price for a well known brand you can’t beat it.

Just bought this mattress for my mom 3 weeks ago. Surprisingly, it took her no time to get used to it - she felt comfortable sleeping on it right away. Delivery was carried out by Serta - it was perfect: timely, friendly, hauled away the old mattress and brought the new one to her bedroom on the 2nd floor. So far she is very satisfied with this purchase.

Went from a sagging, back killing, all memory foam mattress that was junk in 4 years to a firm with coils. So far so good. First night my back was already getting better. Time will tell.

Made the bed too high. Then they gave me a hard time about returning it cause I didn’t have it covered. Well, I threw them plastic away. No one even slept on it. But I had a mattress cover on it and I kept that on till I took it back. They tried to tell me it’s policy it has to be wrapped… I asked them to show me the policy and they refused. I told them if it has to be wrapped for sanitary reasons like they just stated and go back and get wrapped out of the back which they did… Finally, the head manager said, go ahead and return it, but the other two ladies were telling me it was a policy while they refused to show me the policy.

My side was great, hubbys side not so much. Hubby weighs around 260 lbs and his side immediately started to break down. Had to get it replaced free of charge, under warranty. They don’t make mattresses like they use to. You can’t flip this mattress either. I need to invest in mattress for heavier adults, which means much , much more expensive. So it’s great if you’re under the 200lb threshold. Picture shows hubby side 2 weeks after purchase. On the other hand, maybe I got a defective mattress.
