Very comfortable mattress. Not soft with just the right amount of firmness. And for the price for a well known brand you can't beat it.

So at 50+ I appreciate a good mattress and a appropriate amount on help getting it. Sams gave me lots of help loading the cart in store and loading it into my pickup. Once home I got some help unloading. I went firm no regrets at all.

I was initially spooked to get a firm mattress. I just didn't understand how it could be comfortable, but I am in love with how it makes me feel. I sleep comfortably all night and wake up with so much less discomfort in the morning as a back sleeper.

Just bought this mattress for my mom 3 weeks ago. Surprisingly, it took her no time to get used to it - she felt comfortable sleeping on it right away. Delivery was carried out by Serta - it was perfect: timely, friendly, hauled away the old mattress and brought the new one to her bedroom on the 2nd floor. So far she is very satisfied with this purchase.

Firm and good quality mattress

Made the bed too high. Then they gave me a hard time about returning it cause I didn’t have it covered. Well, I threw them plastic away. No one even slept on it. But I had a mattress cover on it and I kept that on till I took it back. They tried to tell me it’s policy it has to be wrapped… I asked them to show me the policy and they refused. I told them if it has to be wrapped for sanitary reasons like they just stated and go back and get wrapped out of the back which they did… Finally, the head manager said, go ahead and return it, but the other two ladies were telling me it was a policy while they refused to show me the policy.

My side was great, hubbys side not so much. Hubby weighs around 260 lbs and his side immediately started to break down. Had to get it replaced free of charge, under warranty. They don’t make mattresses like they use to. You can’t flip this mattress either. I need to invest in mattress for heavier adults, which means much , much more expensive. So it’s great if you’re under the 200lb threshold. Picture shows hubby side 2 weeks after purchase. On the other hand, maybe I got a defective mattress.

I bought 2 of these mattresses. One was a full and the other was a king. The full sized mattress is decent, but the king sized mattress is so firm that there's no difference between sleeping on that and sleeping on the floor. I'm not totally sure how two of the same mattress can have such drastic firmness differences, but these definitely do. Very unhappy and will be returning the king sized one.
