I purchased a Twin XL with their metal frame, bedsheets with protective covering, pillow and the weighted blanket. It's been at least three months now and I can say I have slept on it long enough to give a review. With the combination above, I was overheating and sweating each night, this was during the fall months of Wisconsin and the weather is pretty chilly. I ended up removing the weighted blanket each night because it got so hot. After a few weeks of this, I decided to remove the protective sheet on the mattress and the weighted blanket in hopes that it would sleep cooler, it did, but I did not notice any difference from a regular mattress or even a sofa. At this time, the metal bed frame started creaking heavily each time I turned or moved slightly - I have to adjust the arms of the frame each night before sleeping so it would stop creaking. After sleeping on with the pillow for awhile, I started to get a sore neck no matter which position I slept. I'm not sure if this is due to the pillow being too tall for my build (5'2" and 145lbs), but this never happened with a normal, cotton-stuffed pillow. I am really disappointed with the pillow and have now decided to purchase a new one because I would wake up with a headache and/or a sore neck.

I've been on a foam mattress for the last 7 years that seemed to be working well. However, over the last year or two I have been waking up more and more often with a stiff lower back. No usually painful, just takes a while to get moving for the day. I recently purchase a Purple Mattress as I have seen ads around for a long time. I kid you not, one night on the mattress and I haven't had the lower back stiffness again. I also sleep rather hot and have not had to remove blankets since switching.

I've been suffering back pain for a while, so I decided to change my mattress. I took the chance with the purple mattress and I have to say that my pains have gone. I bought the basic mattress and it is not as firm as I was expecting, but still very confortale, so overall I'm happy with the purchase. I had to contact customer service for a lacking blanket and the experience was not so good. I had to call and email them at least 5 times until they sent me the blanket. The basic mattress arrives by Fedex, so they don't provide the removal of the old mattress service. The Purple mattress is VERY heavy

I'm so glad we purchased a Purple. I love sleeping on it every night. I have lower back trouble and the mattress eases my pain every night. I used to not be able to turn in bed because it was too painful. I truly realized my love for our mattress when we spent a weekend away. Immediately, i had an awful nights sleep and was in pain throughout the night. So much so that I left to sleep on a couch. I missed my bed so much.

Love, love, love our new Purple mattress! My husband and I had both been waking up achy and out of sorts after not sleeping well on our old mattress. But we had put off purchasing a new one because there were just so many choices and so many of them were SO expensive. After falling for the videos and reading all of the positive reviews (not to mention a great price) we ordered our Purple. We've had it for approximately two months and I have to say, we have slept better in that two months than I think we have in years! The only thing I will say is that they recommend stretchy sheets - we ordered a very overpriced set of sheets and I find them more annoying than the regular sheets we rotate with.

I love my Purple!! I set it up myself, it is very heavy. I'm already planning on buying another one. I sleep so well at night and miss my Purple when I'm not in it. I am a stomach and side sleeper but could also sleep on my back if I needed to. I never wake up with back pain anymore. It really feels like a hug when I sleep.

Compared to other beds, Purple is definitely softer and feels way better than your average spring mattress. When you touch or push on the top layer it feels soft but when you're laying on it, it's comfortable yet also contorts to your body and is firmer. An example of this is how you could lay on your back and the mattress would raise up to meet the curve of your spine while other mattresses may leave you with a gap. There is also a mattress smell for the first few days but that quickly passes. Installation is also easy as the package comes with a cutter for the vacuum sealed plastic that works amazingly. Overall I'd say that if you have the money and/or don't mind spending a little extra, Purple is definitely a great choice. If you're not too keen on the price however, I'd say it's something you can live without.

Haven't had my bed for a couple weeks and already have a hard time getting out of it for it being so comfortable. Customer service has been outstanding when i did purchase the bed and answered any and all questions i had. I'm still shocked that you can get a bed this nice and so comfortable through the mail. Outstanding job Purple!

I've had a Purple mattress for a couple of years now and recently encountered a warranty issue. Maddy C. in customer service answered my many questions thoughtfully and professionally, and was prompt and friendly throughout our entire exchange. Maddy not only helped me resolve my issue, but also took the time to make sure I understood what to do every step of the way. The Purple mattress is amazing and I love it, but the customer service is what makes this company stand out among the rest. I will be a customer for life, and will encourage my friends and family to be customers, too.

I bought the base, the king, and the mattress protector. I still haven't gotten the protector as it has been back ordered or something. I made my kid start sleeping in pull ups again over that...just in case! Over all I like the bed. But I don't love it like I hoped I would. It's better than my old bed, but it's not a tempurpedic. I went with purple over tempur because I was afraid I would get to hot. I do sleep better than before. The things I don't love are that if you put a lot of pressure in one spot, like sitting down quickly, you can almost feel the frame. And I don't like that the purple stuff is so close to the surface, it makes it feel like theres an egg crate on the bed when you run your hand over it. It is what it is. Some handles on the side would also assist with moving it which sucks. I will be sleeping on it for a while, but not necessarily recommending to everyone I know.
