I have been sleeping on this new purple mattress for a couple weeks now. it is soft, yet supportive and has just the right amount of bounce. My husband and I both really love it. our dog is also very much in love with our new mattress. Rudy the french bulldog would love to see a purple in his size someday!

What I saw on the reviews from other people did not line up with the truth. In a review I was shown the pillow to have 2 removable pads, so as to adjust it's thickness. My pillow did not have these, and the pillow is too flat for me. Second... I am not good with sleeping flat., when I told Purple, they did not help or offer advice. I have since aquired wedges for under the head of the mattress, and that problem was solved. Third... I now find purple mattress to be too hard for me. In a review I had seen before my purchase it was stated that there were different softness choices. These were not discussed at time of purchase. The hype is great, but Purple (in my opinion) does not put the customer and their needs first.

Not our first 'advanced technology' mattress, but so far am loving it. It is both comfortable and supporting. We got the mattress before we got the platform and sheets and started using it with out old box spring and some microfiber sheets. I was a little concerned about it, but when we got the platform and sheets, all the 'kinks' I had noticed were gone and the mattress is fantastic. Don't mess around...make sure you get all the accessories for the best experience.

We have had our mattress for about 3 months now and we love it. It is firm but not hard. It actually feels soft but provides firm support. It supports you the way they say it does. It is hard to describe until you experience it. We have had one night stay at a hotel on an above average hotel mattress. It was not a good night after a couple months "OnPurple." That made us realize just how much we love our mattress. Everything else in the advertisements and reviews is true. It does allow air under you so it keeps you cooler. My boyfriend loves the bed and has no more shoulder or back pain after waking up. Me on the other hand, I feel like I can feel every square when I lay on the mattress and I can always feel one right down the middle of my back. But at least he's sleeping good!

I highly recommend this bed!! I seriously had hip, neck, shoulder and back pain for years....I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Myasthenia Gravis. 2 autoimmune diseases that make you hurt. After the first night, decreased my pain by 98%!! No lie. Seriously the best purchase I've ever made. Less pain throughout the night makes for a much more restful sleep.

I am a side sleeper with a bad back and hip. This mattress is firm but you do not feel pressure points on your hip and shoulder. I tested out the Purple in a store which turned out to be the older style. It was softer which I really loved. The new style has a smaller grid pattern that is not as soft so if you are trying one in a store make sure it is a new model with the foam trim around the edges and smaller grid pattern. I still love my mattress and do not wake up stiff and sore like I used to.

We purchased this mattress about a month ago, and now there are no more pains and it never gets hot it's always a consistent temperature. Even better we got the sheets and I didn't know they would make such a difference but I can't stop talking about the purple brand a must have, we plan on purchasing the pillow to try it out but I'm sure it will make the collection!

My mattress shipped relatively quickly and arrived without incident. Unpacking, I noticed a strong odor that I can't seem to get to go away. I let the mattress breathe for awhile with a fan on and windows open to try and air it out, but to no avail. Also sprayed the mattress cover with febreeze, but I still can't seem to get the odor to cease. Other than that I am pretty happy with my purchase from purple.

I am a side sleeper who puts my arm underneath the pillow and it's really not able to do that it's so heavy on my arm it feels trapped. When I lay on my back with a head-on it's very comfy otherwise. I bought two of them and I don't think I can return them but I would.
