I like the mattress itself. It is hot though. Which is a little disappointing. Like I get up to use the bathroom and when I come back it's still hot from body heat. The sheets are soo comfy but made me sweat even more so I'm not using them. Overall, I do like it though- it's helped a lot with my back and hip pain. My main complaint was mainly about shipping. Nothing was shipped together. So I had to wait almost 2 weeks after I got my mattress to use it because the frame took forever. And my mattress came over a week after my sheets. Overall it took over a month to get all my items. FedEx is horrible. None of the predicted arrival days were right. Which is mainly bad because I work night shift so I have to work my sleep schedule around when big packages like that will arrive. Purple customer service was also insanely slow getting back to me. It took almost a week to get a response- I got a quicker one from a Facebook message. The mattress itself is pretty good, my low review is mainly based off of the customer service and shipping.

I was so excited to receive my Purple. Unfortunately it didn't work for my husband and I, we are side sleepers and the mattress was to firm for our liking. We did order the king platform along with the Purple. We kept the platform and donated the bed. The return was process painless.

Have the mattress for 3 months, if you are a back sleeper, the mattress is great, as a side sleeper, you kind of roll on the mattress, and as other reviews stated the ends are way too soft, you kind of fall off the side of the bed especially if you are try sitting on the edge. I already put a 3/4" plywood board under it. I'm going to try to put a topper on the mattress to make it more firm & put a corner board under it. Alan R.

I like the advertisement for raw egg test so my husband and I decided to buy the mattress. It's soft but not so soft, i like the mattress even more because i am not awaken by my husband anymore eveytime he changes position while we sleep. (He moves a lot!) the mattress looks durable and i think we'll stick on this one.

I used to own a TempurPedic Cloud. After 3 months of uncomfortable sleep assuming it's an adjustment period, my quality of sleep never improved. It felt like it may actually have gotten worse. Returned the TempurPedic bed, and got the infamous Purple Mattress. BEST INVESTMENT EVER! I love it. There was no adjustment period for me. I either wake up well rested, or I don't ever want to wake up. The purple mattress is firm in shape, yet it conforms to the shape of your body giving no pressure. I suppose the TempurPedic was TOO soft, and I do enjoy the firm Purple mattress. I have read some reviews that the purple mattress was too firm. I can't stress enough that it is firm, but I do get amazing sleep. I highly recommend the Purple mattress.

Hearing about all the positive comments about purple mattress immediately perked my interest but being a nurse, I was hesitant to purchase and be let down. Let me tell you, I am so pleased with my new mattress. It is worth every penny spent! The comfort level is great, the mattress keeps me cool at night, and I feel rested in the morning. There isn't much more I could ash from a mattress! If you are hesitant to order, just do it! You simply have nothing to lose!!

Honestly, the ads are correct. It's pretty impressive, but the purple material really does collapse where you need it to, to provide cushioning and softness to eliminate pressure points and pain, while still remaining supportive everywhere else. Side, stomach, or back sleeping are significantly more comfortable than my foam mattress was. I can lay down on my back, without a pillow, and my low back, knees, and neck feel supported. I've never felt that from a mattress before. Would definitely recommend (actually, I have recommended it numerous times already).

I wasn't sure how I was going to like ordering a mattress but I have learned my lesson. The bed is just not very comfortable. I thought I could live with it as long as my back didn't hurt in the morning but alas not only did my back hurt but so did my husbands. I'm not sure how this mattress has so many positive reviews unless they are filtering out the bad ones in which case no one will read this anyways.

This is the best investment you can make for your health. 6-8 hours a day in the same spot. Why not buy a better mattress? So I did. And I love it. I used to sweat and wake up often but, that's no more. My sleep apnea has also decreased its severity. Honest opinion, it's worth it. Just buy it, you'll thank yourself.

I just wanted to say that I stumbled across your ad and thought there's no way that any bed would be comfortable to my 300 plus body. The Mrs. and I swapped out beds twice in one year and still I had aches and pains after sleeping. So I pondered over your mattress after seeing the Goldilocks bit, watched the bit several times and finally decided to go for it. The day it arrived we lugged it into the bedroom and unpacked it, as it stated ready to sleep on out of the roll we hopped on it.... Aaaaaannnnnd fell in love! For the last two weeks I've had the absolute BEST sleep ever! No pains when I wake up, this is hands down the best investment I have ever made!
