I've had the purple mattress for almost 4 years now. I love it today as much as the day we got it. I am a side sleeper and I also have back problems. It has made a huge difference for me. I used to wake up with a shoulder ache every morning. Now I never do. I also used to have night sweats and they are also a thing of the past. I love this company and how well they treat their customers. Every time any asks for a bed recommendation I always tell them about purple.

I was a little nervous about buying a mattress online. I didn't really believe the hype, but figured that the return policy was really good. I didn't have much to lose, so I bit the bullet and bought one. Ended up being a great choice. The bed is so comfy, and I'm really loving it!

So far we love our bed and sheets. We do want to in the future get one of the more expensive ones with the cooling foam in it because the base model gets a little hot, but the sheets do help that a little bit! Other than that I fall asleep in like 2 minutes on it! Lol I'm on love with the sheets as well! They are so soft and cool feeling! Love them! I want the grey ones next!

I have a King with 3inch grid and I absolutely love it. I just ordered two twin XLs for my boys because they live my mattress so much. One mattress Arrived with a large tear. I took photos and the warranty department said that it was covered and that they would send a mattress cover to solve the issue. I still haven't received it and it has been over a month. I contacted them and they said that it was approved but hasn't shipped yet and that warranty issues take some time to process. I am being patient as I do believe they intend to fix this issue but having to wait over a month is what caused me to drop this to a four from a five. Had it been fixed right away or not been delivered damaged in the first place, it would have been a five all day.

I bought this mattress in February. I would think it would keep its shape for longer than a year. It's starting to bottom out on one side and there's no fixing it. You can't just push it back into place. I think it's stuck like that. I think this mattress is way too expensive. I haven't felt any differences while sleeping on it.

Our daughter recommended the Original Purple Mattress after using one for about a year. We bought the Original Purple and tried it out for about 6 months and thought we'd found perfection for our scenario. We loved it so much that when we moved into our new house we bought Purple again, but went with the Purple 3 Mattress and it was even more outstanding. How could they improve, but they did. We moved that first Original Purple into one of our guest rooms and now relatives fight over who gets that room when they stay. As for.me, I don't care because I have my Purple 3.

I have the original, it was strange having this squishy foam mattress at first. However after several weeks of sleeping on it, I'm in love. Once laid out on the mattress it really does cradle your body. It hard to explain, but it does support you well. It smelled for the first few days. The mattress is amazing, I can't wait to make money someday and get another. I haven't tried any other bed in a box though fyi.... The sheets are killer too! Buy the sheets if nothing else..

Love this mattress! My boyfriend and I are sleeping better than ever. He had chronic back pains and I had a reoccurring shoulder problem and they have improved so much since getting our mattress! We're both good size people as well and I feel like the mattress really supports us without being too hard. I no longer wake up stuck in the valley like my old memory foam.

At first, my husband and I loved our purple mattress, I didn't like how firm it is, but my husband did so he bought it before we were married. We've had the Original purple mattress for about 2 years, and for the last few months I have been waking up with an extremely stiff back and with extreme lower back pain and shoulder pain. Nothing has changed in my environment to increase my back pain, so I attribute it to our mattress as my husband has noticed an increase in back pain as well. I definitely don't feel like the mattress would pass the "egg test" at this point. I believe the reason why I've had increased back pain is because of how stiff the mattress is. It literally has no cushion at all. Not sure how the new mattresses are, but I definitely will never recommend the original purple mattress to anyone.

We've had our Purple bed for about one month now. The pain in my hip and neck after waking up is almost completely alleviated. And my husband is able to stay in bed almost a full 7 hours (compared to 4-5 hours) because of the support his body is receiving. We're both overweight. My husband's biggest concern was that this bed would remember him to quickly, meaning there would be a divot where he sleeps. Nothing yet! This mattress really is comfy. If you're on the fence like I was for over a year, take the leap and buy this thing. Your body will thank you!
