Received our purple mattress and sheets there was a hole in the fitted sheet. I called and right away I felt that you cared about the issue. Within minutes I was guided in what I needed to do. A week later I had my new sheets. The mattress is so comfortable. I can't remember when I have slept so well, The sheets are amazing!!

Me & my bf use to ALWAYS wake up with back pains with our old mattress. I did a lot of research & decided to take a chance & purchase the purple mattress. Best Decision ever! I've actually been sleeping through the night & I wake up with no back pain at all! I highly recommend! Only con I would say is you are not going to want to get out from bed in the morning due to how comfortable it is lol!

We have been sleeping on ours for about a month now and I have never experienced a comfier mattress. I have awful lower back and hip pain and usually toss and turn all night, but with this mattress I have not. If you are questioning purchasing it, don't...you won't regret it after the first night. Just make sure to follow their advice about types of sheets to use! :)

WE LOVE THIS BED! No matter how I sleep, I can't find a way to have pain in the morning. I try real hard. Our dog has even snuck its way up on to the bed from its sleeping quarters on the bench at the foot of the bed. Since sleeping on the Purple mattress, I never knew I really needed a new mattress until we bought one. Since then, my back pain has been completely eliminated. I have a habit of starting in my side and ending up on my back and still with no pain. Also, since getting the Purple, I have not had to use my fan from overheating; the bed has made it very comfortable to sleep on. Getting the Purple was honestly the best decision that my husband and I could have ever made for our lives and we just absolutely love it! Thanks!

I have two different seat cushions, the pillow and now the mattress. I could not be happier. No more waking up with stiff shoulders and hips. I am 71 and arthritis is attacking me. I've been sleeping on a futon since I moved into my apartment for 6 months, and it was awkwardly uncomfortable. the first night I slept in the purple bed was painfully comfortable, because my body was used to a uncomfortable bed, but now it's relaxing comforting and enjoyable

I bought this mattress last year and it's way too soft which ended up giving me lower back pain and numbness each morning until it developed into sciatica. I was in pain for a whole month. The only new thing in my life was this mattress. DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS. I'm 30 and never had any back issues my entire life.

My wife and I ordered a King Sized Purple bed and platform with accompanying sheets, pillows, mattress protector, and a duvet. It was worth every single penny and I definitely look forward to buying more Purple products in the future. I recently began to have some pains in my neck and my back and since buying the Purple bed we both wake up rested and I don't experience the same kind of pain anymore. Two thumbs way up for Purple.

Great matress, did not know what to expect when I purchased the purple original mattress. I have a temepedic firm and the only difference is the purple is less hot from body heat. I would recommend this bed with purples matress protector only. They work great together.. A regular matress protector makes it hot again.
