We've had the Purple mattress almost two weeks and have had the BEST sleep for ages (formerly used futon mattress). I don't have time to give more info now, but I will follow-up when time permits. The pillow took getting used to - but works best for me with the inflatable gizmo to make it higher. And yes, the bed and pillow stay "cool".... great product, fantastic packaging (for everything) and have a good friend who ordered one after we raved about the results. So there! Keep up the innovation!

We bought the mattress using Affirm to spread out our payments, which was a very quick and easy process. Our mattress arrived significantly sooner than expected, and the purple sheets are very soft and comfortable. The mattress we got (base model) is more firm than expected, but overall very comfortable and I'm surprised at how I now wake up genuinely awake and we'll rested. At first our mattress was on the floor as we waited for our frame to arrive from another seller, and there is a marked difference in the feeling of the mattress on the floor versus on slats, so definitely take the time to find a frame that works best for you. Overall I'm very happy.

We got the original Purple mattress after having a major brand pillow top mattress for years. The Purple doesn't feel as soft as the pillow but that's ok. When you get in it seems more firm but more giving at the same time. It's also cooler and makes me sweat much less over night. Where I really notice the difference is in the morning I'm not sore like I used to be. I would buy again but probably save longer for the new 3" or 4" one

This is, hands down, the greatest mattress ever. The only complaint I have is how incredibly heavy it is, and hard it is to move - but you don't move your mattress very often so it isn't really an issue. Good golly, if you're looking at this page - get this mattress.

I think Purple in general is a greap company and the whole process was stellar unfortunetly their mattress is just not right for me and thus I gave it a one star review. The mattress does seem of good quality and its nice and cool to the touch. However after a few hours of sleep i would wake up in lower back pain. I'm a stomach sleep and thus it was not providing enough support at my hips giving me U shape posture as a slept. I would wake up in pain. However I will admit I was sleeping 5-6 hours straight so it was good enough for my body to keep sleeping up until my muscles couldnt take the stretch.

I am really sorry about writing this review but it is true we do not like it. The adds are misleading and the bed feel cheap and is not so comfortable. it takes 10 minutes to get into a position and then its not bad but the minute you move it takes time getting comfortable again.

My bed was entirely too soft and unsupportive, and my boyfriend's mattress was an extremely firm memory foam which I could not sleep on and he could not sleep without aches an pains on the softer mattress, so we bought the Purple mattress. It's crazy how it feels soft when you lay down but gives us the support we both need. Would recommend this mattress to anyone. There's a money-back guarantee trail for 100 days too, so it's really a no brainer to at least give it a try. That's what got us to order it and I'm glad we did.

For the longest time, a good night's sleep has escaped me. No mattress seemed to provide comfort beyond the first couple of months. My Purple mattress has changed that. I often sleep until my alarm, sometimes beyond. When the dogs wake me up, I easily fall back asleep. This has been a great investment in my health and wellbeing. I bought this for my grandson who's 17 and has a bone disease. His first night sleeping on the bed, he said he got the best night sleep of his life! This bed was recommend by his doctor n my daughter couldn't afford it for him, so a friend gave me $ 150 n said get the kid a good mattress, so we did.Thank you so much. My granddaughter also has this disease so my brother bought her a purple mattress n her first night on it she said, Best night sleep of my life!

The mattress was delivered January 25,2018 and I have been sleeping on it since then. It does help some but I am only able for 5-6 hours on until my back pain really starts in. I had a Tempurpedic before this and work up in worse shape. So, it does help some but I'm still in great pain in the morning. I can only sleep partly on my side and back, right or left. I won't even think about sleeping fully on either side, I wouldn't be able to walk the next day. My problem is, I don't know whether it warrants keeping the mattress or returning it since I still wake up in pain, just not as much.
