Excellent customer service and the mattress and frame both came in a timely manner. We have had the mattress for 2 weeks and so far we love it! My husband was having nightly hip pain and he hasn't had any problems since we have slept on our new mattress. We would definitely recommend a Purple mattress!! Plan on buying pillows soon

Delayed buying new mattress 4 too long since i was suffering backpain.stopped by local mattress store few yrs ago and got migraine headache when i walked in and saw ocean of mattresses and different prices and salesperson eager to sell me something.was thinking tempurpedic but shitakemushroom in my shorts bcoz of the price not even including the base.heard your competitors radio endorsements and curious how mattress can be delivered in mail.so i goog+y.tubed and watched sleepopolis reviews of the top newtech mattresses.thought purple was coolest and impressive egg test demo.so i confidently ordered purple.i donated my back torturing deluxe pillow coil strns+fost 2 thrift.i love my purple.i can play tennis more often bcoz back+joints recover faster.i am better mood since i dont toss in turn.i dont wakeup with headaches and feeling fatigued from old dead coils.thanks for improving my quality of life tony and terry.i feel lucky i can sleep on a purple and feel sorry for those who suffer on the old stuff. It's a weird concept but, it works! Much more comfortable than our traditional mattress we purchased. less than a year ago, from a furniture store. Maybe next time we'll try the more customizable mattress but, the original is working just fine for us!

Bed is very supportive and comfortable. I'm looking at purchasing a king mattress and will likely replace all kid beds in the future with Purple. I also like the pillow. It is unconventional and can even feel awkward but gives me the best nights sleep waking up without a stiff neck.

The Purple Mattress has fantastic technology integrated into its bed, and I think for a majority of people, this bed could work wonderfully. Unfortunately for me, it was just not the right fit. For the entirety of the trial period, I woke up with lower back pain, I could physically feel that it was not supporting me well. I've also realized that I do not like a medium firmness bed, I much prefer a soft firmness. I do think that Purple should strive to offer different levels of firmness and a higher level of support. I think that giving Purple mattress a chance is a smart move, but unfortunately it just was not for me.

We love our purple mattress. I bought mine after a hip replacement and before a knee replacement, these beds just can't be beat for "floating" you gently on a raft of comfort. I've just bought another one, and my son and daughter in law bought one and my friends bought one.... We are all happy.

I've been nothing but happy with my new mattress!! Before I didn't want to get out of bed for work because I was so tired and achy and now I'm so comfy I don't WANT to get out of bed. I used to wake up covered in sweat with my Bamboo foam mattress, but not a once with my new Purple pal. My case is also a little unique in the sense that I have severe sleep apnea. In fact my study says that I stop breathing 79 times an hour! I also did a oxygenation study to find out how bad it was when I stopped breathing. I spent about 118 minutes at 57% oxygenation the first night, which is that kind of numbers corpses are made of. Which is why in my gallows humor I call sleep my daily suffocation ritual. I'm caught in the bad circle weight gain/tiredness/depression etc. Everything they try and attach to me gets ripped off, so I'm in the lose weight or die category(I weigh 305lbs). When I bought the mattress I felt better the first day. I didn't jump out of bed in a superhero pose, but I definitely felt physically better. A few days passed into the weekend and for no particular reason I went for a 4-5 mile walk! I don't do this everyday, but I'm slowly waking up from the miserable stupor I've been in. I'm serious, sleep used to bring me no joy whatsoever and things are definitely turning around. This may even, dare I say, been a lifesaving purchase. Which brings me to my second point. As a veteran patient and patient care provider I really think you need to get your mattress into hospitals as soon as possible. For example I had a 2 day hospitalization and was absolutely MISERABLE, because the mattress they gave me must've had a dude much bigger than me in it before, because it was hollowed out like a canoe. I got almost no sleep. Hill-Rom and Stryker stretchers and hospital beds all use a tempur pedic mattress which are heinous in the long term. If you haven't thought about this, you are missing a HUGE market where you are desperately needed. I would love to write another review in six months or so to see how this wonderful mattress has helped my life be a better place to sleep in.

I was so happy to buy this bed and finially sleep in it!! Oh what a life changing investment! I love this mattress and the pillows! Unfortunately so does my dog(who never tried to sleep in my old bed) I love this bed and I sleep so well in it.. untill my dog forces her way on to the bed. She waits at the edge of the bed for me to fall asleep and then climbs in ultimately waking up me. Now I've spend hundreds on pillows... untill purple.. I've spend hundreds on mattress.. untill purple... and I've spend hundreds on dog beds... so purples.. can you please solve this problem for me? If you'd like a test subject for said dog bed please consider me. Only reason I'm losing sleep on this product. Yours truly a very satisfied dog and her owner that can't sleep.

This is probably one slept on. And I'm not just saying that just because of the publicity and the well-made advertisement. I am actually saying this with conviction. This is hands down one of the best mattresses the I've ever slept on especially me being a person who has chronic back pain. I find any position easy to sleep in.

I have never bought a brand new bed. I wanted a memory foam mattress for a long time, heard reviews, talked to some owners, changed my mind. I chose the purple mattress because of the pressure point relief advertisement. I was not disappointed. I fall asleep faster and have a deeper quality of sleep. I hope this lasts for a long time.
