Customer service is generally pretty bad these days however I was very pleasantly surprised how helpful, polite and empowered the person I chatted with was. I was impressed. I received the bed as promised. Great packaging however i wish it was a bit more environment friendly. I'm a side sleeper and with my former mattress, I'd often wake with shoulder pain. Not anymore! Great mattress. I'm a happy Purple customer!

I purchased a purple mattress and bed frame October 2018 and is been hurting my back for a while thinking it was the base since the one I purchased with purple company is not very sturdy and squeaking i moved the bed to a different base but my back still hurts too much at the beginning the mattress was perfect but with time there is a big difference in support.

The mattress is really great quality and the technology is cool, but it just isn't working for us. I'm 120 pounds and just don't feel like I sink into it enough. I'm a side sleeper and my shoulders just hurt from the pressure. Interestingly, my husband is 220 pounds and basically has the same complaint. We've been sleeping on it for close to a month now. We were hoping that we would adjust to it over time, but we're both waking up sore and achy. Unfortunately, it looks like we'll need to return it, which I'm very thankful is an option.

Once I got this bed, It took a few nights to adjust to this bed after getting rid of my old pillow top. The bed definitely supports all areas of my body that my old mattress did not do. The firmness level is more on the firm side but not to bad and from being on a pillow top for years, I don't mind it and got use to it and it's quite lovely. After getting getting use to the bed, I no longer toss and turn and I'm out like a light. I'd say if there is one thing now that hurts when I wake up it's my neck. (Old pillows). My body though is in a deep sleep and I started dreaming again. Weird.... Anyways, try this bed. It's pretty awesome.

I used to sleep on a heating pad every night because I was in so much pain from two previous back surgeries. My husband used to toss and turn every night from hip pain. Our old mattress was like sleeping on a board. We received our King 4 mattress and now the pain is gone for both of us. Its like sleeping on a cloud. All the pressure points are gone and we sleep like babies again. If you have aches and pains, you need this mattress!

I never thought I would use squishy as a positive descriptor for a mattress! I can, however, not find a better word to describe how the mattress fits to my body. Soft and firm at the same time, the purple material simply "squishes'" to my body when I lay down. I have lower back pain and ongoing problems with my hips and most mattress aggravate the pain. I found that the purple mattress relieves the pressure on my back and alleviate the pain associate with laying down with its magical squishy-ness!

This mattress was almost perfect, I heard a lot of good things and it was all the hype! When I got the mattress I was very excited to finally get a good nights sleep. However the wow factor wasn't there. I gave it several weeks and my back still hurt. I just could not justify paying that amount of money for a product that I personally did not benefit from. My wife on the other hand did like the mattress.

We are both getting old (ER) and we both experience bad back problems. I have had surgery twice and she is under pain management! We have found this mattress to be the solution for sleep, even with all of our back problems! Thanks be to all the scientists who enabled such a wonderful and permanent part of our lives!

I'm very happy with my mattress and pillow purchases! I was a bit nervous due to the big purchase, but I have been sleeping so well since I received them about a month ago. On my old mattress, I was waking up with a stiff lower back and have not experienced that again since sleeping on my Purple mattress. So happy!

I'm an athlete and often have sore muscles. Before my purple mattress, I would lay down in bed and have to find just the right way to lay to not hurt my sore spots. I'd often wake up at night and have to shift yet again! With purple, being in bed is the best things ever. My legs were so sore I couldn't even sit on the couch, but my purple mattress was soooo comfortable! Now my muscles get the chance to heal while I sleep because my purple mattress doesn't wake me up in pain. I love my purple mattress!
