Love the bed. Should've gotten one sooner. I have noticed the platform you use does effect how it feels. Overall super happy with the purchase and wish I would've gotten one sooner. I have been sleeping longer at night and waking up less which has been amazing.

The mattress is too firm for my liking. I find myself waking up several times a night moving to a cooler spot in the bed or simply because my shoulder hurts. This mattress was not supposed to get hot like a temperpedic but it does. It also needs more knee support however my hips don't hurt.

My mom helped me move into my new apartment and set up my purple bed. Obviously, I slept on the couch while she took the bed. After one night, she started talking about getting a purple bed for her and my dad. She loved the comfort and the beds ability to reduce movements from one side of the bed to another. This bed is definitely an upgrade from any bed that iv had in the past. My favorite part is how firm and comfortable it is without causing me to sweat and get hot, which happens a lot to me in memory foam beds. So, no complaints here.

I have tried several types of mattresses. Mattresses are clearly an individual preference. For me, I tried memory foam, intellibed, and traditional mattresses. I even had a water bed once! This mattress from Purple is the best yet. I feel much less pain when I wake up in the morning. It's very comfortable to sleep on and doesn't collapse on the side like some of the others when I get out of bed (like sitting on the outer edge).

I'm just under a month in and so far I love this bed. When I wake up I don't even notice the mattress. I wake up just knowing I slept good. I think that's even better than having a soft comfy mattress. It almost as if the mattress doesn't exist. I just lay down and my body is relaxed and I quickly fall asleep

I have had the queen size Purple mattress for over a month and I'm extremely happy with the purchase. The whole purchasing experience was very interactive & informative. The material gives in the right places, and supports everywhere it should be. You can't really tell where the squares are at unless you place your hand down on the bed. Now if only I had a good plan on how to get a rid of my old mattress :)

Quite honestly my husband and I got the mattress because we researched how it was engineered and we thought it was so cool! However we were so surprised at how comfortable it is. You don't realize you've had terrible sleep until you've tried this mattress and actually have great sleep!! I recommend it to everyone I know and if you're reading this u recommend to you too!! I used to be a stomach sleeper and the mattress and pillow have turned me into a back sleeper. Ps. It is SUPER quiet :)

I usually hate foam mattresses. They are too soft and way too hot. Purple handles the temperature like a champ, no issues at all. The first few days I thought it was a bit soft for me but now I enjoy the feel. I somehow feel supported without it being flat. My only wish is that I got a king size bed instead of queen.

BEST purchase of my life! HIGHLY recommend testing it out for the full 120 days! I am 27, broke my neck 6 years ago in a car accident. I have a metal plate in my neck and my left side of my body, mostly my leg is paralysed, but i can hobble around when wearing a brace on my ankle. But it causes all sorts of aches, soreness and pain through out my hips, back, neck and head. So I go to the chiropractor weekly because i ache so much and get headaches all the time. We bought a brand new "name brand" mattress three years ago that quickly developed big dips in it. So i finally returned it and bought a Purple bed! I now go to the chiropractor about every 6 weeks. Im 5 '8 and 170lbs, my wife is 5'1 and 120lbs and we now both love the purple bed! My wife likes a more firm bed, sleeps on her back and side and i like a more soft bed and sleep only on my sides, and we both want a bed that keeps us cool instead of waking up sweaty. The purple bed satisfies both our needs and has made such a difference in getting quality sleep. BUT we both HIGHLY recommend trying the bed out for the full 120 days! MY Experience: I loved it the first 3 weeks, then though i slept through the whole night, sometimes never even adjusting from side to side, i started to feel like my body wasnt getting rest. About a month of feeling this way, i now LOVE IT! I think my body had to re adjust after sleeping on that crappy "name brand" mattress. MY wifes experience: She didnt enjoy it very much the first 6 weeks. She eventually tried a different pillow than the duck feather down pillow she always used. And now loves it! So we ordered the purple pillow and cant wait to try it out. I bought the seat cushion recently as well and love it and we're excited to try out whatever else they create in the future! Im a huge purple lover now and even sleep with the purple eye cover that comes with the mattress! So do what is common sense and BUY IT if your smart and like to feel good when you wake up!

Best mattress I've owned to date. I doubt I will return it. I'm a big fellow, 6' 240 lbs./ an engineer with a bad back. When the mattress was brand new, it was rather firm, which I really liked. Now I find the mattress somewhat softer, but it is still the best mattress in the house. (7 different mattresses in the house) I am a restless sleeper, I sleep on my back 60% / my side 40%. The mattress is great overall. If I could make a change, it would be to make it slightly firmer. The design / concept definitely works. Thank you!
