I've had issues with my back that have been building over time. Our old mattress had gotten to a point I could really no longer sleep on it. I was regularly sleeping on the couch or anywhere that was comfortable. At several points I was sleeping on the floor on a rug as it was the best place I could find relief to sleep for a few hours. We bought a matress from a new company. It was fine for my back, but it wasn't the most comfortable. I could at least sleep in a bed again. But due to major issues with the furniture that was sold with the mattress, everything including the mattress was eventually returned. This was a blessing in disguise. We needed to find a new mattress quickly, and some friends recommended the purple mattress. Given the great trial period and return policy, we gave it a shot. So glad we did. As a side sleeper, I find the bed incredibly comfortable. And even better, my back issues have mostly gone away save for the occasional flare up unreleated to sleeping. I'm getting better sleep than I've gotten in a long time. So happy we purchased. As long as they keep making them this way, I'll keep buying.

I enjoy the big difference of size in the beds, from having a twin and now having a queen. It sleeps great but I tend to have soreness throughout the day in my back. When I'm in bed it is great and have no problems. It stays super cool and thats very nice since I get hot easily.

I started with a purple pillow about a year ago and love it so much I wish I could travel with it!! (It's really heavy though and I pack heavy as it is.) I finally got my mattress last month and love it just as much. Perfectly squishy yet firm...love love love it.

The mattress is great, the shipping process was really bad. No tracking information, the package literally didn't move and I was told at one time it was likely going to be declared a lost package- how do you lose a mattress?! Once it finally arrived the mattress has been great!

Just got my first purple mattress. Before this i've always had spring mattress with a thick topper. Overall i'm very happy with the mattress for it's price point. It sleeps cool as advertised. It is firmer than i expected (i weigh around 160 and understand the heavier you are, the more you sink down. For me, i sink down on the top (purple) part of the mattress, but below that it's rather hard. Luckily i like a firm mattress but was expecting a little more give - so if you're looking for something to really sink into this may not be the mattress for you. Overall it seems to be great quality for the price and i have no regrets. I did buy the mattress cover from Purple which suggests it's the best option for a softer mattress - not cheap but i agree that the mattress is harder with a standard cotton cover.

I fell in love with it at first nap the evening I got it, I have 2 blown out discs in my back and this bed has greatly improved my sleep and mood, my dog can also attest to how comfy it is, he nevers gets off it now. Only complaint I have is with larger beds like queen and up it really needs some handles or some sort of moving apparatus. Moving a Cal-King by yourself after its unpacked is incredibly hard. You will need 2 people!! But other than that NO ISSUES, The bed frame is outstanding for storage as well. I have half my house under my bed now.

I really like the bed but when you sit along the side of it, you pretty much almost slide off. I thought it wasn't that big of a deal at first but it's becoming rather annoying. I'm considering returning it under the 100 night free return. Other than that it's a great bed. I sleep like a baby in it. But if you plan on buying one you should get the mattress protector, they will not honor their 10 year warranty if you get it dirty or stained, which is easy enough.

Well to start it off the customer service is absolutely amazing they treat you so well when something is wrong our new bed is absolutely amazing I used to toss and turn and wake up in the middle of the night and with this new purple bed I don't I would recommend it to anybody especially if somebody has back pain way to go purple you made my life much easier when I try to sleep thank you very much

My husband and I had just bought a house and knew we would now need to buy a bed (we had been living in furnished apartments up until now). We kept hearing about Purple and figured we would give it a try! We loved that there was a guarantee if for some reason we didn't like it. After sleeping on it for about a week we can honestly say it's the best mattress ever!! The most comfortable sleep we've both had in a while!

I have a condition called neurofibromatosis. It's a condition where there are tumors all over my body on my nervous system. This causes a lot of pain just laying in bed. However with the purple bed I don't have those issues. I can't wait until my next tax return next year so I can get the pillow to so my kneck and head can feel just as good as the rest of my body. Thank you Purple. Thank you. Oh by the way the bed also works with my husband bad disc in his spine too. Plus I am 4'9" 115 lbs Hubby is 6"2" and built like a football player. This bed is perfect for two extreme opposite sizes again Thank you. You are amazing.
