My husband has long term back issues. Every few years we buy a new mattress with high hopes for his comfort only to be disappointed. This time, Purple is the winner! We both love the soft surface and supportive layers. We don't stay up late since we discovered this mattress, early bedtimes are our reward! Great work, Purple, we love you!

I love my Purple mattress. It's comfortable and cool I like have fast I received it. I didn't have to have a truck to pick up or service charge to deliver. UPS delived to my door. I'm a morbidly obese 6'2" man and this bed just isn't for me. Now that being said every normal sized person that came over and tried it loved it. I think my weight 350lbs caused bunching and a lack of support. The beds are made extremely well, great presentation and wonderful customer support. I can't say how the return process is as so far we got an email and have yet to move forward from sending a response. It has been 3 days now without a response.

Bought a Purple for the holidays and I will day it took a while to get to me but it was so worth it. I have back and neck problems that are normal for an old person and abysmally tragic for the college kid that I am, and after just a couple days of sleeping on Purple I noticed my back did not hurt anymore and my neck and head also don't feel as strained. I would definitely recommend Purple and the customer service is lovely as well! Helpful and clear when I called about my order.

My mattress was scheduled to be delivered on Monday, which happened to be my trash day. Delivery notification said it was on the truck, so I threw my current mattress out! At 8pm delivered changed to the next day! Not fun sleeping on the couch!!!! Once delivered, we really like the mattress so far!! Very comfortable. I guess one night of miserable sleeping is ok if the rest of my nights with my new mattress will be good!

Ok, I was skeptical. I fully intend to evaluate over the 100 day trial, but it honestly so far is the best sleeping mattress, my wife and I have ever had.. And we have tried many different King Size Mattresses. Better for a Back or stomach sleeper as I had heard, but that fits us perfectly. It actually makes it harder to get out of bed in the am, because we sleep so soundly. Really Great.

The best mattress I've ever slept on was made by Hypnos, the company who makes beds for the Queen of England. I really wanted to buy one, until I found out the price. I decided to try People after a bit of reading, and I couldn't be happier with this mattress. The Purple replaced a Sleep Number, which was horrible. I sleep all over the bed, in no particular way, and the Purple is comfortable no matter how I wind up. Also, I sleep without a pillow, and this bed is just right for that. The Purple is firm so I don't sink in (6'4" 195lbs), and perfectly soft so I never wake up needing to move. I used to sweat at night, but not with the Purple, and it's August on the Gulf Coast. If a Hypnos is not in your budget, buy a Purple.

It has been a few weeks since we got our purple mattress. The first few nights I had to adjust to it but I sleep much sounder now and move less than I did. My back pain has substantially lessened. Time will tell, but hopefully it holds up well. So far I am very satisfied.

My wife and I had many long sleepless nights waking up to stiff, painful mornings. We tried many options, but nothing ever really fix it. Then I saw a Purple ad online. So we used a tax return and ordered our Purple... We got a King size Original Purple Mattress, mattress protector, platform base, two sheet sets, two Purple pillows, later we added a Simply Purple seat cushion, back cushion, and the Limited Purple Blanket. We have had our Purple for over a year now, and we haven't EVER slept better (not even as babies)! Even though my wife and I are VERY different, (her:400+, me:180) we BOTH love our Purple!!! I am a side sleeper, yet I have had surgery on BOTH my shoulders last year... when I am out of town for work, hotel beds kill my back and shoulders with extreme pain, but not my Purple!!! As a service electrician, I drive a lot, and the seat and back cushions are life savers!!! My only problem with Purple, you guys took away the Purple Blanket before I could buy more for everyone else.... I have to fight to keep it! It is cool on one side and warm on the other, best cozy blanket ever!!! I have been so happy with my Purple products that I have been telling everyone about them since I got them, and now, Purple made me an Official Purple Ambassador!!! OMG, now I get the tell everyone how much I love them in even more ways... and the best part is, Purple told me " be honest, good or bad, in your own words", but I have only had good things to say so far, so when/if bad does show up, I'll speak of those as well...

My wife and I absolutely love our Purple Mattress. Once we received the mattress rolled in the high quality shipping bag we shipped it off to our place in the Bahamas. Once it arrived we unpacked it and everything worked out perfect. Easy to ship and no damage in the process, The best thing is the comfortable sleep I now get. Thank you Purple Mattress
