I am EVER sending it back. This mattress is so incredible, I cannot say enough. It's only been three nights, but each day I dream about the mattress and think about it until I can get back into it and snuggle in. My husband has had years of back pain, and in the last three days he cannot stop talking about how much better his back feels every day. He continues to feel improvement. We didn't think our last mattress was "that bad." The customer service is fantastic. The shipping was wicked fast (and yes, we live in Alaska, so we paid a little extra for the shipping, but well worth it), and our little short, amazing mailman hustled that sucker up to our front porch on his own. My husband managed to get it upstairs, but it is wicked heavy, so they are right when they say to get a friend to help you carry it. We opened it completely the wrong way because we didn't watch the starter video, but it was still perfectly doable, we just made it harder on ourselves. Haha. The mattress rolled right out, fluffed up, and we were sleeping on it within two hours. The bed does not smell all chemically, and it's so so comfortable, I cannot tell you enough. You must try this bed. I want to become a franchise or something up here, because it's so much better than the sleep numbers we tried. Incredible. GET. THIS. BED.

Order, delivery and unpacking were a breeze really easy concept. As for my first 30 days on the mattress is still something I'm weighing. I bought the whole package pillow, bed, sheets, and frame/stand, all of which are very comfortable to lay on. My one issue and possibly deal breaker to return, is that you can feel the metal bed frame/stand when you sit or stand on the bed. Concentrated points of impact, like thin ice, if you don't evenly distribute the weight you will feel the frame or "break the ice". But I can say the bed and pillow are "cool" in temp. Again still weighing my final decision on the 100 day money back. Hope this was helpful.

*WARNING* You are going to be so comfortable in the bed your not going to want to get out of it. Ok seriously, we got a king size and tossed our queen memory foam mattress out the door. We used to sink into the old mattress which caused a lot of back pain for both of us. This lovely amazing Purple bed is just perfect for our backs and necks. Our kids (fur babies included) love to take naps or sneek into our bed at night. We got the king bed frame too. Oh it's not going anywhere! And the mattress protector...worth the $. My husband and I were jumping on the bed and the frame didn't budge, squeek or give at all. Amazing bed!

Loving my new purple bed! It is Firm yet soft at the same time.. No sagging in the middle and no bounces when the other person gets up or down! The platform was very easy to put together. And y'all made it so easy to just lay the mattress on (well it did take 2 people) and cut off the wrapping. And yhrrr was a nice comfey bed!!

...I was very excited about this purchase under the belief that it would help a side sleeper who tends to sleep hot feel more comfortable. So far it seems pretty hard & I'm not noticing much difference at all from my Seely mattress in terms of temperature (which was half the price). I'm going to give it a little while longer before I determine whether it stays or goes...

This mattress is absolutely perfect! My husband and I have had it for a few months now and have woken up with significantly less aches and pain. We're both tossers and almost never wake each other up anymore. This feels like the perfect combination of firm and soft. The only downside is that it makes it harder to get up in the morning.

I bought a purple mattress because I was in the market and really needed one for a bad back. At the recommendation of a friend and reviews on the internet (not from Purple's website) I decided to go with a purple mattress. The purple does take a few nights to get used to. The first few days to week I didn't sleep too well. However, I've had it about a month now and have noticed on my sleep tracker that I consistently get more deep sleep than I used to. Additionally my back doesn't hurt anymore when I get up (like on my old mattress). I have started having shoulder pain though. Now I'm not sure if this is because of my massive purse (I feel like I've added more to it recently) or the mattress. My shoulder did not used to hurt so consistently though. If I sleep on my back, I'm fine. (I can go between side sleeping and back sleeping, side sleeping being my natural go to). The mattress is both soft and firm. I have no other way to explain it. I like it. You get the cushy feeling of a memory foam (though not hot) with the firmness needed for support. I have a couple more months on my free trial and I'm honestly not sure what direction I'll go as far as keeping it or not. Delivery was a breeze but I had to dead man haul it into my apartment solo - not something I would recommend. You definitely need help setting it up (Queen size mattress, decent sized female). Relatively easy set up with two people.

We upgraded from a queen to a king after our acquisition of two pugs. We replaced a Tempurpedic, which we bought because we were having back issues. We loved our Tempurpedic for the support. The king size version of that mattress was quite expensive, so we looked for other options. The king size Purple mattress was affordable and we had heard good things about it so we found one online. It was delivered quickly and was easy to set up. We have slept on it for over a month now and love the comfort, size and support it offers us and our pugs.

Sleeping on purple for 2 weeks now. We have found it to be a comfortable mattress and sleep really well. Prior to getting mattress I hurt my back and have been in considerable pain since. While on the purple my back feels great and I don't want to get up. If only I could stay in bed all day but thats not possible but it does give me an excuse to lay down again thru the day on my purple.

I have been getting good sleep on my Purple mattress, however the purple top is very soft and cushy when you first get onto the bed, giving the feeling of sinking into the matteress. Once you are in over that hurdle, it's all good. It does make wonder if this is more on the soft side though.
