I've been sleeping on the mattress for about two weeks now, and I have to say that this is the best mattress that I have owned thus far. I have suffered from shoulder, neck, and back pain for years, but now I wake up in a little less pain everyday. Great choice. Highly recommend!

I want to start by saying that I am 30 years old and I suffer from back problems. We decided to purchase the purple mattress in hopes that I would wake up without aches and pains. There were some reviewers that said that the mattress is super soft, I would have to disagree with this though. The mattress is just right! It's not too soft or too hard and provides support in all the right areas. It took about a week for mine and my husbands bodies to get used to the mattress. I am happy to say that neither of us wakes up during the night anymore and we both wake up pain free! On a side note, I used to prefer sleeping on my side because if I slept on my back for too long it would begin to ache. Now I actually prefer to sleep on my back! I am a new graduate student and so the little sleep that I do get is very precious to me. I am so thankful that we bought this mattress and wouldn't change a thing! I do recommend buying the mattress protector from purple, it is stretchy, cool and doesn't sound like your sliding around on plastic.

When we were looking to replace our 15-yr old mattress, we first tried a really pricey mattress. Buyer's remorse set in pretty quickly. I saw a few random reviews for the Purple, so we decided to give it a try. We've slept soundly every night since then!

I love my Purple mattress. I haven't slept this well in ages. I have scoliosis with an S curve so my spine needs a lot of support. It feels like my spine is getting an a hug. I fall asleep quickly and sleep through the whole night, every night. That was very rare before. Since humans spend one third of their lives sleeping, this is a great investment. Thank you, Cathy

Once I placed the order, I was excited to get the mattress. I know a lot of people like myself don't like to purchase mattresses without trying them out, but I was tired (no pun intended) of going to a store and having to deal with a sales person. This mattress was a more simpler approach. Buy it and if you don't like it within 100 days, you can return it. No questions asked. It was super easy to order and unpack. The only thing is if your bedroom is upstairs, make sure you have a partner that can muscle it with you. No joke, it is a bit heavy and flimsy. But once we got it to the bed, the instructions were simple. And boy oh boy is it comfy. Enjoy and relax on your purchase of Purple. (Pun intended)

Excellently made product, helped out alot with my back pains from standing at work for 12 hours a day. Mattress is decently cool but the hybrid pillows are a must have with it. Only complaint about the purple mattress is that it feels like theirs a spot in the center where it formed some what of a body marking which is odd since its only 3 weeks old but othet than that it's a great mattress.

Bought this mattress as a surprise for my husband. He's a veteran and has an old back/shoulder injury. He ends up tossing and turning and sleeping in all sorts of weird positions with pillows propping him up in strange ways....this leads to him waking with a sore arm and numb fingers and the pain never really goes away. The first night on this mattress he almost missed work because he slept so well and he's feeling better. Less arm pain and he can feel his fingers. No, it didn't magically cure his injury but he sleeps now and that's magic!

We absolutely love our mattress, pillows and sheets. The first night we slept in it we got the best sleep!! The delivery on the other hand was terrible. The delivery guys literally opened the truck and kicked our mattress out onto the street and then proceeded to ask if we even wanted in the house. They brought it right inside our door once we asked them to bring it in and then left.

The Purple company has excellent advertising, friendly and courteous customer service personnel, and what seems to be a very comfortable product (judging from a short two nights test), but delivery time is much too long. We were told 6 to 8 weeks when we ordered, but it took over two months for all the items to arrive. I would recommend this product to a friend, but would make sure they were in no hurry. Were the products in stock and ready to ship I would have chosen 5 stars.

We got this mattress for when we moved because we needed a new one. However, even though the shipping estimates for everything when we ordered, said they would all be here at around the same time, we ended up having just a mattress and no base for almost a month. After finally getting the base, we got our first good night's sleep. However, the sleep quality is ok at best. I Generally sleep on my sides, and this mattress puts extra pressure on my shoulder and eventually cuts off circulation. I end up tossing and turning more than I do sleep some nights. I am glad to have this mattress, but not overly impressed.
