I liked the mattress but once i let my mother stay the night in my bed on one occasion and now i sink. I am sinking and i have uneven support in the area she slept in and now im in pain when i wake up. My mother is heavier set... a mattress thats over 1k and it cant hold its shape? Thats insannee and absolutely ridiculous.

Alright here is the thing this the mattress is amazing, the platform base is perfect, as far as the mattress protector I would love to say it is exactly what I wanted, sadly I received the King size and I have the Queen size mattress. So here is where I have the issue I have called customer care several times and I have not been helped in anyway. I would think if someone is willing to spend a good amount of money with a company the company would be willing to assist their customer. So I will say that I would recommend the mattress, I can only say I hope that you wont have to deal with the customer service department.

The service representative, Danielle, was absolutely wonderful! The mattress was incredibly comfortable, but due to a medical condition on my end, I was unable to keep it. The return process was handled swiftly and professionally. Thank you so very much.

I ordered my frame 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. They said 4 days ago it would be here 5-11-20 and I'm still waiting. I've been researching mattress for 3 weeks and seen the frame and liked how it looked and was designed. Last week I made my mind up to buy the purple king size mattress after my frame came in but now after waiting for my frame I've changed my mind and am going to buy elsewhere and return my frame. I'm very disappointed because I wanted one of their mattress.

My husband and I were researching a new mattress. Fully expecting to pay $1500-$2000 for a nice queen size. We were pleasantly surprise to find a new option besides memory foam and a pillow top. After watching several reviews on youtube and reading other review, we decided to purchase the Purple. I'm not disappointed one bit and I'm so happy with our purchase. I'm diabetic and my blood sugar often drops in the middle of the night causing night sweats. With our previous memory foam mattress, I would wake up drenched in sweat. With the cooling technology of the Purple, I no longer experience the night sweats. My husband would wake up stiff or sore from our previous mattress, but not now. He's waking up refreshed and ready for the day. I would highly recommend the Purple to anyone who likes memory foam mattresses but are sick of getting hot or waking up stiff. And I've already recommend Purple to my parents.

We started to have issues with indentations forming in our original mattress. We received another one and can already tell that this one is doing the same thing. Our original one did not start showing signs of indentation for almost 4 years but it has been months with the new one.

I received my purple last Friday (so it's been a week) and this is LITERALLY the best week of sleep I've ever had my entire life! On my old mattress, I'd get maybe 3-4 hours of sleep a day (I work third shift,) but that's no longer true!! I now get 6-8 hours of pure blissful slumber. It's also the perfect cuddle bed. When I go to snuggle with my fiancé, my shoulders feel no pressure. AND MY HIPS!! Oh, they feel like I'm being hugged by a cloud! This bed has changed my life forever!! I just wanted to tell you THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. Your mattress has been a godsend. I love you, Purple❤️❤️

We had a very expensive pillow top mattress for 11 years. The first 10 were amazing. However, once it was finished being comfortable, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Lol. Par for the course, I suppose. Anyway, I'd seen so many creative and funny videos for Purple products online. My kids had me watching any we came across. We purchased Purple pillows first, loved them, bought seat cushions, loved them. Ok. Made the big leap and purchased the mattress, bed frame, protector and sheets! I'm not disappointed. Not one iota. I have a wonky shoulder and a bad lower back (from lifting, pulling and pushing patients for years as an RN). Every part of me that hurt in the morning (from our old mattress) is fine when I wake up now. My husband doesn't have the issues I do (and rarely has much trouble sleeping on any surface) but actually commented on how comfy the Purple pillow (and especially the mattress) is. If you're on the fence about it, buy one! Worth every penny.

I am loving my new purple. Other mattasses have just never quite worked. One may be to soft to support anything, leaving me with neck and back pain. Another to hard so that my shoulder is crunched and my hips at a odd angle. But since I've started sleping on the purple I have had no pain. It really does cradel me it all the right places.

WE LOVE THIS BED! No matter how I sleep, I can't find a way to have pain in the morning. I try real hard. Our dog has even snuck its way up on to the bed from its sleeping quarters on the bench at the foot of the bed. Because of our recommendations, my sister and brother-in-law will soon become Purple Passion People. Thank you for your research and offering the perfect sleep solution. Seriously!
