After suffering from lower back pain for several years, we finally decided to try a new mattress. I was skeptical that it would help my back, but since I hadn't slept well in quite awhile, and I didn't care for our mattress, I figured I had nothing to lose. The first night on our Purple mattress was amazing. Despite having a horrible cold and cough, I was still more comfortable and able to sleep better on Purple than I had been able to do before. We have had our mattress for 3 weeks now. Each night brings restful sleep, and each morning I am able to get up without back pain. I'm never going back! Thank you Team Purple!

Mattress was packaged as advertised. Set up was easy. My existing box frame had 8 inch spacing between slats, so I bought a sheet of 3/8 inch plywood and cut to fit two sections to support Purple. We love the mattress! The reason for four stars is due to the fact the we are fairly light (me 155 lbs, my wife 110 pounds) so it feels a bit firm. We are side-sleepers and the purple top material is perfect for allowing shoulders and hips to sink in while still keeping nice spine alignment; for side-sleepers, I give it a 5+ rating.

Super comfortable matress and pillows, horrible order and delivery experience. Customer service doesn't know anything. Website promise to deliver mattress in 1-2 days, we waited more than a week. Last item in our order was delivered in a month! Pillow covers ordered from the website are twice bigger than "purple" pillow - customer service just recommended to wrap it around.. sounds pretty stupid, right? Delivery guys just throw items at the door - no ringing bell or anything. Awful experience ordering from you. Mattress and pillows are still great.

Let's start with some boundaries: New Purple 3 queen Had it about 4 months now Got the pillows and the sheets to go with it. Initially the bed was very firm too much so to my liking but after about a month it was soft and plush. I also had some relative hardship adjusting to the bed. I would wake up sore and I really wasn't a fan but now that I've slept on it consistently all other beds feel hard and unappealing. Oddly enough my partner didn't have any problems and she loved it immediately. I've noticed that more nights than before I would sleep straight through the night. The main reason I got the bed was that I slept super hot and I will testify the bed is so cool especially when getting under the covers; Im looking forward to the summer. I would recommend a stretchy sheet such as the ones Purple sells or a jersey knit for extra cool factor but cotton sheets are satisfactory particularly on really cold days and you want to be warm. To anyone getting this mattress I would recommend getting to try it in a mattress store to get an idea of the feeling of the bed and the firmness. I went in thinking the of the Purple 2 as I enjoy a mid-firm bed but was too hard. The Purple 4 was too soft but I could see why it is appealing. If you can't try it in person try out the trial period and give it time and I'm sure the bed will adjust (hopefully) to your liking. The breakin period is relatively short but just make sure you sleep all over it not just in one spot to really break it in. In short I thought the bed was going to have short comings but a bit of patience proved me wrong and I love my bed I plan to keep it for the next 10 years and re-evaluate at 5 years. So far I'm completely satisfied and so is my significant other who loves it as well!

Our dog, Samson, has his own doggy bed, and yet he always prefers sleeping on our Purple mattress. I often find him sleeping on my hubby's side of the bed, on his Purple pillow lol My hubby is not too pleased by this recent development. We may need to get Sammy his own purple doggy bed. The whole family loves it.

I have had trouble sleeping for years with arthritis in my knees back and neck not a day goes by that I don't toss and turn and wake up in pain in my back hips and neck. My daughter convinced me to try a new mattress she had just ordered her purple mattress had not received it yet and so I being at my last straw said ok order it for me. I received the pillow first and thought oh my what the heck is this. First nite slept good and woke up with no neck pain however still on my old mattress my hips hurt. I would have to turn over every 5 to 10 min because of hip pain. Finally the bed came we set it up immediately and after the first night I realized this is the best purchase I have ever made. From the first night until now a few weeks later I wake up with no hip pain no back pain and my neck feels great. I was a little worried about ordering this bed not knowing what I was getting myself into also my husband had to be happy with it as well, he is hard to please LOl. However he is as pleased as I am. We just can't believe how comfortable we sleep and how great this skinny little pillow is. We are both very happy with our purple mattress and pillow. I would recommend this mattress and pillow to anyone who has trouble sleeping especially due to hip back or neck pain and don't forget this awesome little pillow. I waited over 2 months to leave a review so I could be sure. Yes I like the mattress very much. My only regret for this type of mattress is it is almost impossible to sit on the side of the bed as their is little edge support. That being said it is comfortable to sleep on and you do not have the sensation of falling out of bed when you are near the edge. I would recommend this mattress.

We have now purchased two king-sized Purple mattresses and couldn't be happier with our choices! Our first Purple mattress replaced an innerspring mattress that had outlived it's useful life. We were so impressed by that one that we bought another one for our winter home. That one replaced a 3 month old (competitor's) foam mattress which did not live up to the manufacturer's claims. Now, we have no more aching joints or mattress-induced back problems and we rest more comfortably, as we no longer are disturbed by constant turning over in bed to ease shoulder aches!

The purple mattress was not cheap, and it took awhile to arrive, but I love it! The purple grid is a perfect mattress for side sleepers while still being super comfortable for back sleepers. I like a soft mattress, and this mattress is soft while still being supportive.

Definitely recommend. Before this purchase we had just bought a temperpedic and paid over $2000.00 for it so I was a bit hesitant on this purchase but it has been the best investment so far not to mention im 5 months pregnant. My husband and I would highly recommend
