I will keep it simple. I have Harrington steel rods in my back and have back and hip problems. With my new purple bed. I don't wake up with numb legs or pain. I haven't been able to sleep flat on my back in 25 years I could only sleep on my right side. Now with the purple I can sleep flat on my back and my left side. I love my purple it gave me life back

My wife and I are enjoying the purple mattress. Both of us have had back issues and we both have less discomfort and get a better night's sleep with this mattress. I am using the pillow and really like it. I have a stack of 4 different pillows I have purchased over the last couple years (My Pillow, memory foam, cool jell,bamboo,...) none have worked for me. Whatever Purple is made out of it gives just enough to be comfortable, but it also feels a bit like it is pushing back up at the same time to support the body. Very odd feeling but it works.

I admit I initially thought these were too good to be true. The first week took some time to adjust for both my husband and I. Still waking up thru the night and having back pain. But I can honestly say now I sleep thru the night and wake up feeling rested! I am very impressed with the mattress. Best decision

We love our purple bed and tell everyone one when they ask. I use to have a lot of back and neck pain and now my back pain is gone. I barely ever go to the chiropractor anymore. I was so bummed that I missed the kickstarter for the pillows but I am so pumped to get one as soon as they are released! I already told my husband that it was all I wanted for my birthday. Thanks for an awesome mattress!

My wife and I were excited to receive our Purple mattress, but the disappointment started as soon as we took it out of the packaging. First, once we unrolled the mattress, we immediately noticed that it was a couple of inches shorter than a standard queen size mattress. This left a gap at either the head or foot of the bed, which is very unappealing to me. Second, on the end of the bed that was in the middle of the roll when it was packaged, there is a slight elevation in the mattress where it actually lifts up when laying flat. On this same end, there is a deformity in the mattress so that it isn't square and the top (sleeping surface) sits in a little from the bottom, causing even more of a gap. So what this means is if you put this end at the foot of the bed, the mattress is raised too much to keep sheets tucked in at the foot, and if you put this end at the head of the bed, there is a gap for your pillow to fall into while you are sleeping. It's a lose-lose situation either way you look at it. In addition, the mattress is way too firm for my liking. The two inches of actual Purple material seems to provide some softness, but once you get past those two inches, you don't feel much cushion. This is the case even using the suggested jersey sheets that have a lot of stretch as suggested on the Purple website. It's also very heavy and difficult to move once unpackaged, but I don't hold this against it because I knew about the weight before my purchase. I know some people will find the Purple mattress very comfortable, but for me it's a no-go. I will be calling Purple for a pick up on this one.

So far so great of a mattress after 2 weeks. But from the pillow to the mattress the material they use is extremely heavy compared to traditional spring and memory foam. But it does keep you cool like stated. Regretting moving it in a year. Maybe the guys are purple can provide a solution on moving the mattress when it's not rolled up and air sealed.

I got the purple 3 mattress king size - I thought it was going to be revolutionary and my lower back pain and shoulder pain go away. I am an overweight side sleeper and apparently the purple 3 is acting like a soft mattress that sinks in especially with your partner next to you. I wouldn't advise anyone to pay all that money on something like the purple 3. It has been almost 3 weeks now and will probably wait till the end of the month to return

My husband just had back surgery for 2 bulging discs in his lower back. It was very hard for him to get comfortable and sleep through the night. Now with the Purple he can sleep all through the night and even sleep on his back. My husband also has issues with night sweats. He notices that he is not sweating as much on the Purple, but did expect it to be more cooler than it is.We bought the purple sheets with the mattress purchase and found the flat sheet to be too grabby on our night clothes and too thin for a comfortable sleep. The fitted sheet and pillow cases work perfectly. All in all we love our Purple mattress, pillows and accessories.

I had bought all purple products in past 20 days . My sheet feels great but it's not sturdy at all after 5 days it start to fall a part , I called customer service they told me I have to wait for few days to get an e mail ,then I have to go to post office and pay for the shipping and I probably get my money after two to three weeks. I wish I could upload the picture in this page to show it to everyone how defect my sheet is.

Well I just wrote a lovely review that I deleted so I'll make this one short. Bottom line is, it took us a month to get used to the mattress, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to try it out. It's not your typical mattress. We have tried four different mattresses in the past year, desperate for an ache-free night of sleep. This one was by far the best. The others were too soft, too firm, too hot. This one is perfect. It stays nice and cool, the bamboo sheets are also cool and so soft, and after about three weeks my constant shoulder pain (from sleeping on my side) was completely gone. My lower back pain from scoliosis was also significantly better after a month and at two months it has continued to improve. So happy with our purchase. If you're not sure, give it a try, you have nothing to lose!
