I love this bed and would give it five stars if it weren't for what seems to be an impression that I am making where I lay on it. I will have to wait and see how resilient the foam is. My back has not felt this good when I wake up since I was a young man. I love the feel and don't have to move as much as I did during the night. My wife loves it too.

We have had our mattress for a little over two weeks. So far, my husband and I have slept better and have less pain. I have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and spinal injuries in my neck and low back so I have not slept well in years. I have researched mattresses for about a year and decided to give "Purple" a try. It is a very comfortable mattress so far and I pray it will continue to hold up for years. Time will tell but so far so good!

Everything about this bed is AMAZING! We bought the mattress, bed frame, sheets, and mattresses protector. You always expect with a mattress protector to "hear it". Well you can't! Nor can I feel my husband lay down or get up. We have had the whole setup for a few weeks now and I've got to say all of the ads I've seen about Purple are true! Well besides the eggs! We haven't tried that yet! Thanks Purple!

My husband and I are tall and on the heavier side, this Purple 4 has been amazing. We've owned it for a few years now and NO sagging like we've always had in previous more expensive mattresses. I tell everyone, try this - give it a few weeks and you'll be amazed at how your sleeping better!

We were really excited to receive our bed, so we were frustrated by how long it took to receive, especially since we were billed shortly after placing the order. After receiving it, a few things (we have now slept on it for about 3 1/2 months): Pros: 1. It does live up to the no pressure point pain. In fact it is very impressive that ever since the first night, not once have we experienced any pressure point pain. 2. We think it is very comfortable for side sleeping and back sleeping though when I have tried to sleep on my stomach (which I know I shouldn't be) it isn't very comfortable. 3. We do get a good night's sleep on it. Cons 1. Frustrated with how short it compared to a typical king size mattress. I first bought a foam bed online, and ended up returning it after waking up sore most mornings. The change to purple has solved the problem. I sleep better with the purple mattress and definitely cooler. Wake up feeling good in the am! Have since bought one of everything else purple. Sheets arrived today, just waiting on my pillow! With that all said, 4 stars not 5 because in addition to the bed it's recommended you buy a super stretchy mattress cover and super stretchy high performance sheets (pricey) or Jersey cotton sheets (not the best feeling). Also, wish the mattress was an inch or 2 thicker--but that is just an aesthetic thing, not function.

I have the original purple mattress, and couldn't be happier! I have read other reviews where the people said they needed to get used to the feeling of the mattress, but that was not my case. Mine was love at first night. I am typically a very hot sleeper and the cooling properties of this mattress have helped me beyond expectations. If I was mattress shopping today, I can truthfully say I would pick the same mattress over again, which I think is the highest praise you can give any product you've bought.

We put off buying a new mattress for two years. Why? Cheap, lazy, skeptical.... you name it. That was two years of sore backs, necks, hips and shoulders. After two weeks on a Purple mattress, and the Purple pillow, no pains, no aches. and no regrets. None.

I like the mattress and was REALLY looking forward to getting it however a drawback for me is that when sleeping flat on my back, I wake up with light pain and for a few hours into the day my lower back will hurt. I've tried it for a few weeks, problem seems to be consistent. Some nights I can feel light to medium pressure in my lower back so I will either need to bend my knees or turn on my side to get comfortable enough to sleep. My experience with soft beds is 50/50. Some really amazing, and some really bad...for me this falls right in the middle. I will keep using the purple bed for now, hopefully my lower back will adjust. btw I really enjoy the purple eye mask, it block out more light than others do AND the seat cushion is really appreciated as well. I'd also like to buy one that's twice as thick as the free one that comes with the mattress.

Love the mattress and the base. The base is super sturdy, doesn't move or squeal at all. The mattress definitely does have an adjustment period. We've been on it for about 2 weeks now and I'm finding myself sleeping better and better every night. Even my 2 year old tries to sneak in at nap tiime and bed time to sleep on our bed. Super happy with our purchase!
