We noticed right away the improvement in sleep quality with this bed. The edges are not as firm due so if you like to sit or lean on the edge of the bed that may be a concern. The biggest selling feature for us was how cool the bed is, and we do notice a difference compared with the memory foam mattress we replaced.

This was a big deal purchase for us. Married for 12 years, second mattress purchased together. And we opted to up-size! Best. Decision. Ever. I love our giant bed!! I will admit, this took a little getting used to coming from a sagging spring mattress. I was a little scared as we have slept in one of those Swedish memory foam mattresses at a friend's house. I felt like I was sleeping in sand and couldn't get out. The Purple mattress doesn't do that! It has some bounce! The best review I can give of this is that after sleeping on our Purple mattress for about 3 weeks, I had to go out of town. The very first night in the hotel, I woke up to neck pain, a numb arm, and lower back aches. I actually started to laugh when I woke up because I had FORGOTTEN WHAT THAT FELT LIKE. Seriously.

I honestly didn't know what to expect. Being a stomach sleeper has caused me years of bearly now ring back pain and infinite position changes throughout the night. Memory foam mattresses don't do it for me bc changing positions becomes harder and harder bc I feel stuck. It is sooo easy to move side to side with Purple and my pressure points are always accommodated no matter how I'm positioned. I love it!

At this point I can say I am pleasantly pleased with the Purple mattress. I find it to be firm enough that I do not feel like I have been swallowed by my bed. Yet it does take pressure off of my hips and shoulders. I have been waking up in the morning without an aching back. If all continues in like fashion I will be a lifelong customer. The time test is waiting to see if in a few months we have indentations from where we sleep and a hump in the middle. We have experienced this with very expensive tempurpedic style mattresses. I am getting ready to purchase the pillow.

I don't normally take the time to review items, but this is an amazing mattress. It's supportive, soft (but not too squishy), stays a comfortable temp, and very easy to move around or get in and out of. This will certainly be my next mattress purchase as well. If you're reading this, buy this mattress.

Except for FEDEX, I had a wonderful experience with PURPLE. Everyone of the Purple representatives has exceptional phone skills. They even went the extra mile when my shipment was messed-up at the FEDEX center. (not PURPLE'S fault) and offered to make my deal a little sweeter. Just based on the PURPLE staff alone, I would buy from them, not to mention the wonderful product itseld. Nicely done.

It's a good bed comfy as can be. My wife and I went with the purple 4. My one complaint of the bed is for a cooling barres I feel it holds more than anything. I wake up sometime with a sweaty back. Maybe it's because we have the four and it sinks. The price is extreme but hopefully we get our money's worth.

We bought our Purple and we have never slept better in our lives. My husband and I are both side sleepers and have been going without sleep for years because of our old spring mattress. Our Purple mattress was delivered at the beginning of March 2017 it took us a couple of weeks to adjust to the new mattress, but after that it has been absolutely the most wonderful thing we've ever purchased. We are unbelievably happy with her purple and would recommend it to anyone!

My husband saw the advertisement on FB and with so many positive comments we wanted to try.....we've been and still are looking for a good mattress. We rec'd it, put it on the bed and it was comfortable at first (I guess because it was just different from the mattress we have). But after a few nights both my husband and I were experiencing lower back pain. My husband called Purple and the staff were so friendly. Suggested we tried a few things and give it another try. We tried for little over a week but still the same results :( We really were looking forward to finally finding a great mattress. Purple worked with us in finding someone to pick up the bed which really helped us. Guess we just gotta keep on looking.

My husband has tossed and turned on our old mattress for many months now, but unable to get comfortable or a good night's rest. He used to only sleep well on Hotel mattresses. We received our purple mattress last week and couldn't be happier. It's SO comfortable and worth every penny, because a good night's sleep is priceless!
