I purchased the Purple Mattress on 02/08/2017. At first, I thought it was so comfortable, however my neck and back pain got worse and worse. I tried a ton of different pillows but ultimately I think I made a mistake not returning this before 100 days of use.

Glad I spent the money. I like it. The heavy duty bag it came in is too nice to toss away even though I can't think of a use for it. The big cardboard pieces were handy in masking off the house from the deck when I stained the deck. Your info emails were fun too. jrg

We've had our purple mattress for 2 years, and my husband and I both wake up with sore backs every day. The warranty won't help, because there are no visible indentations, but rolling to the middle of the bed is noticeably more supportive than where we each normally lay. I also can push down gently on the purple squares in the middle and compare to where we lay, and they are losing their support. So it's not just the foam underneath breaking down, it's also the purple material. Very disappointing since this was such a great bed for the first year.

I purchased the Queen size Purple Mattress in Dec of 2016 and it was delivered in late Jan of 2018. It is now September and I can say that this mattress is amazing. It is both firm and giving/comfortable. I have friends that come over and say "can I lay down on your amazing bed for a while" - not joking. I can say I am extremely happy with this purchase. If you run hot at night, like I do (memory foam mattresses, even with cooling gel, make me quite hot) - the mattress is quite cool as long as you do NOT use Purple's mattress cover,. I run pretty hot at night . Unfortunately, the mattress cover they sell is polyester or some other material and it gets super hot. So - get the mattress, but skip the cover (for sure) and find a natural cotton or linen cover if you run hot.

I bought this mattress in February of 2018. I liked it at first. A year and a half later....I hate it. It has a very nice lump in the middle and definitely sags in places. My husband is constantly complaining of a sore back every morning. I was really upset by how badly the mattress has sagged and lumped. We have tried two different toppers to try to help, but nothing works. When I bought this mattress I thought I wouldn't need another one for many years. Unfortunately, we are saving up for something better. Until then, we will wake up in pain and regret the day we decided to purchase this mattress!

My stepdaughter recently bought this mattress and I am currently sleeping on it as a guest in her home. It is very uncomfortable! Every day and in the middle of the night, I wake up with either bad back pain or really bad hip pain. Also, it very hard to get out of this bed in a normal fashion. I'm by no means big or heavy and I still have to literally roll out of this bed! The whole sitting up in bed and getting out normally is not an option. I would not recommend this mattress! I myself have a different mattress that cost a ton less than this and it's way better! Don't waste your money!

After looking at numerous different types of mattress, I decided to buy the purple mattress and I am so happy I did!! This mattress is amazing. My fiancé moves around a lot while he sleeps and now that we have the purple mattress I don't feel him moving around nearly as much. I would absolutely recommend this mattress!!

I got my first purple in 2017 and I loved it. I had to reach out to customer service because my wife's side of the bed started to sag. Customer service was absolutely outstanding and replaced my mattress 100% free. I mean 100% free. I didn't have to pay shipping and handling or anything. I was extremely happy about that because I am quite greedy. Since receiving the new mattress, I have slept even better than I did before. My wife said that her side is still extremely comfortable. There is no sagging. I genuinely love this mattress. I got a king size and it's the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned in my life.

I have had lots of mattresses in my time, as I had to move many many times while living in SF, CA and many other cities. As you know, roommate situations come and go, so do the mattresses. I have gotten past my nomadic nature, and when I found purple, I was able to have a no hassle experience getting the mattress I have but dreamed about. I am a heavy man, so I need a good solid mattress to do the job. I can almost say it is too comfortable. I miss the discomforts similar to a PTSD war veteran misses physical abuse. Thank you purple.

The purple mattress wasn't for us, but it was everything promised. Well made, pressure relieving, good customer service. Returned it becuase of disagreement between spouses. Even the money-back experience went flawlessly and we were able to donate it to a great organization so everyone wins. Purple earns 5 stars even though we did not keep it. Do yourself a favor and try it. You have nothing to lose.
